The entire Stay Together single record is the most painful, yet the most beautiful reminder of something that will never happen again. Fuck, do I miss that crazy little woman...
I loved how the single went from ST to Living Dead to this. I can remember walking around the Serpentine on a cold March listening to it. It was Suede at their best.
First time i cried at a concert was when Suede played this song as an encore at roskilde festival. Can´t remember the year but it was in the green tent.
I love this album, we used to say you know how good a band is from their b-sides. I think they were never the same when Bernard Butler left though. They were good and they had some great songs but the spark was gone and you can tell clearly from the track listing of Sci-fi Lullabies. The first half is phenomenal!
Fab , please never ever forget this band ever , put them up there with the Beatles , great music great look, trash is my all time favorite when I was twenty , loved this band straight away , what a sound and look, cool , so hippy , this band can't go wrong and great album covers , Brett you rock the mods guy black and white all the way , 🖐
...she will come from India with a love in her eyes... these words reminds me of the girl I loved:) it was so long ago.. is about to burst into tears. However great song!
What a great track! Great pictures too it reminds me of when i first got into them around 93 a friend of mine gave me a copy of there first album on cassette i started seeing this hot girl from Stoke she got into them too we played that tape incessantly ! Happy days ~
To think this and Killing of a Flash Boy might have replaced Powerless in Dog Man Star.... would have easily been the greatest British album to ever exist
cami_am to me it is political, at that time there were a lot of racism against the commonwealth immigration from pakistan and india and also other countries, it's a song about tolerance and universal love. These problems are unfortunately still very acccurate on every border of our westerners countries
it's a shame that crap bands like oasis and blur (whose last decent album was modern life is rubbish) over shadowed and stole the achievements of suede. quite a brilliant and unique band.
Laroo Learue Good also. As with Suede, they never set out to write B-sides. They just wrote songs, with the best ones making the cut. In other words, even B-sides were originally written with the intent of them making the album.
The “Stay Together” EP was Suede’s peak. All the tracks blend into a sublimely surreal effortless tableau of urban melancholy. Perfect.
Agree completely.
Couldn’t agree more! Still their best work 👌
Beautifully put
Sci-Fi Lullaby is the best britpop album ever!
i love suede
What a wonderful song by Suede. Brings tears to my eyes ...
Mee too, i consider SUEDE as one of the best band ever
One of the GREATEST songs by one of the Greatest bands in Brit music!!!

I love this song and this era of Suede...Juxtaposing early pictures and more recent ones is a nice touch....
They always did good b sides!
...she will come from India with a love in her eyes... these words reminds me of the girl I loved:) it was so long ago.. is about to burst into tears. However great song!
An overlooked band. I loved them from the start
Still loving this song. It just speaks to my soul.
Glad you and so many other people like it ... i think I'll click on it again and loose myself for a few minutes or so..
Sci-fi Lullabies kicked ass and made me aware of these amazing B-sides and what not..dark star will always shine
Such a shame they still felt an emotional sting to Stay Together that stopped it making Dog Man Star or Sci-Fi Lullabies.
The guitar solo is bliss
The only one of these 90's bands I still play
What a great track! Great pictures too it reminds me of when i first got into them around 93 a friend of mine gave me a copy of there first album on cassette i started seeing this hot girl from Stoke she got into them too we played that tape incessantly ! Happy days ~

Beautiful.
Are Suede the best British band of the last 20 years..? Certainly other candidates, but I can't think of one to top them
bill suave Pulp 😅
Favorite Suede song. Thanks.
Esta cancion es maravillosa
Oh, good old times!
If at first you don't succeed - try again! Awesome video, hope she changes her mind. :)
To think this and Killing of a Flash Boy might have replaced Powerless in Dog Man Star.... would have easily been the greatest British album to ever exist
"The Power" but I agree on the point. The First three albums have B-Sides worthy of replacing some album tracks.
Love this song
i love this music
recuerdo la portada de lullabies.....genial!
it's strange to see that the b-side songs can be even greater than those collected in thte albums
"she knows latino's and she knows mexicans"
brett anderson's genius
This is a very beautiful song from the B-side Singles
Amazing
Love this.
She will come from india with the love in her eyes

Awesome song, really moving... You made this video for your girlfriend, ukKidA? That's brilliant, way to go!
the best B side song.
I THINK ONE THOUSAND!!!
❤👍
My dark star is fantasy....cruel
:\ Too bad dude, but thanks for uploading this!
Suedes B-sides were always as good if not better than their a-sides.
genial!
can someone explain the meaning of the song
cami_am to me it is political, at that time there were a lot of racism against the commonwealth immigration from pakistan and india and also other countries, it's a song about tolerance and universal love. These problems are unfortunately still very acccurate on every border of our westerners countries
@@mxxmi thanks for the answer :) i think is accurate. I was wondering why does he say Argentina too
@@Caami199Serranista maybe because of the Falklands war in 82,lots of hatred between both countries at the time and a long time after.
@@joydivision7058 Yeah I was wondering that too, so sad;( I hope we can have better relationships

No contest... SUEDE (and I"m a former Duranie)
girls can just be very painful
No way first andy robbo gid me a tape with a load of different bands before that hype surrounding them put me off.n

I think Oasis and Blur were still great bands (as were Radiohead, Pulp and Manic Street Preachers) but Suede were always top for me.
When was this written? 1989?
'93 '94?
What about Oasis B-sides?
= P
Laroo Learue Good also. As with Suede, they never set out to write B-sides. They just wrote songs, with the best ones making the cut. In other words, even B-sides were originally written with the intent of them making the album.
(sigh) : )
