I try to change things up. As I cook new meals each week, I also add spares to the freezer. X

Great Video , I am trying to move over to your 4 week pension cycle, I suppose it will take me a couple of months to have enough money in the bank to cover my bills for the whole month but will get there eventually. I know my state pension covers my monthly out goings but I also pay money into a separate account for my yearly sinking funds and there is not enough to cover those. I will stick with it and work out a system that works for me in the end.

I am quite good at using and maintaining a monthly budget. I work a month in arrears with the income( January money funds February bills. I got myself to the position years ago. I am just trying to convert that to a 4 weekly budget. I will play about with the figures until I get it sorted.

Thank you for sharing. How do you store the rest of the curry paste once it’s opened?

I make sure the top is on tight and it stays in my larder cupboard. I've never had a problem with it. X

Can't bear that word haul, Americanisation isn't it - for when they have a car load from Walmart or Costco.
Not for a few items, sorry to be grumpy, got a black and blue swollen ankle/ foot and wondering if i can bear to put shoes on and leave the house after 5 days. Sorry
