I my self resonate a lot with the things you mentioned that you are dealing with in this life, add/adhd, (c)ptsd, anxiety and being sensory & empathically intuitive introvert - though I have a big extrovert side that needs the public sceen to spread information fast - and just by being myself got very sick (..in a ”sick world”) being taken from and left to suffer bacisally and the healing project Im on (among many others) is very complex. There hasnt been a lot of support from the society til now when it comes to healing the body after a life of abuse ❤ big love and light to everyone who is on this journey. Never give up.
