I like this style commentary way more than the not very engaging… silence - than instruction. This one is more informative and keeps the viewer engaged w you continuously talking to the viewer directly

Can youn do how to turn blured pecture to hd
To be honest, if an image is noticeably blurred, there is not really anything you can do about it. If it's a tiny bit blurred, you can try sharpening the image a little, but not much more than that.

Photopea is fully lag in andorid phones
I must admit, I've never even used it on a phone. But I imagine the performance wouldn't be great.
