But the local college is a Jr College and they are focused on the Basics, and I would want a Classroom Setting so I could ask Questions. Mars transit in 10th house Saggitarius Sign but Ketu was already in transit in the same house. So the experience was opposite as I was looking for some action but I got detachment from everything 😀😀

I plan on having a full consultation from you one day, I've been following your videos for a few years now and you've really helped take my understanding of astrology to another level. Relating to myself I have one huge question that I haven't been able to reconcile with just the internet as a tool. In your interpritation in Vedic astrology, does one with a rising (such as mine) in 28 degrees Virgo have their houses shifted? Or do their planets fall in their houses dictated by the asendent? For example, using western astrology sites such as Astrotheme and getting the round Ecliptic house interpritation, it says that my Mars is in Cancer in the 10th House because of how far my houses are shifted. Is this true? Or do I really have a 9th House Mars as Cancer "should" be for one with a Virgo rising? Again, thank you so much for all your knowledge you offer, glad to hear you're loving your new surroundings :)
in vedic astrology the houses are fixed it dosen't matter that on what degrees your houses are only we see the degrees of rising sign. If it is very near to 30 degrees then you will also have the effects of the next zodiac sign in your nature. If your ascendant and ascendant lord are strong then surely you'll have more traits of your rising sign than the next adjacent zodiac sign

A planet is good or bad in your horoscope can not be determined by the single situation as you have given. But mars is the ruler of your 11th and 6th house and we know that 6th is a bad house and 11th is mildly bad,so mars effects will be that your higher thinking will be competitive for earning a regular income or fulfilling a desire or you will always face competition when you trying to fulfill any desire of yours.
