There's a interesting documentary that had a personal fitness trainer gain 220+ lb from 150 ripped ...long story short he was unable to loose the weight because he was literally ok with eating all that food ..it effected him mentally
I went from 170 to 230 in 10 years. I paced myself.
Robert Lindeman man I have a bad habit of going from 200 to 230 in a span of weeks
@@marentes133 Habit? That means you go up to 230 and back down to 200 regularly. You are a ringer and a showoff!
Robert Lindeman yes habit cause I’m a fat ass who loses weight then drinks a lot of beer and gains it back
goldpiece real shit ahahaha
Ive been on a 10 year bulking phase as well. Im gonna be bulking for another 15 years then ill benin my cut phase
I liked him on TUF, seemed like a humble, good dude. Glad to see him get the success he worked for. He looked awesome last fight and improved so much. Looked like a different fighter.
Gotdamn khalil rountree performance a few weeks ago looked fucking amazing.
Joe and Khalil have equal levels of chill
Damn, Jamie on that grind
I think someone else actually does the uploads for them. It's not all Jamie
This dudes my new favourite fighter. I love this man....
Cheers to the angry introverts! (Great video!!)
How can you not like Roundtree? Guys so humble, well spoken and intelligent
very interesting guy
And gay
His dedication and drive has always been apart of his life, seems his family supported his loves and passions. To be an elite athlete might seem weird but mind sight is always first and foremost
This dude has quickly become one of my favorites, such a cool guy and his last performance was absolutely amazing.
I swear this guy shares my spirit
I'm super excited to see this guy's next fight, whoever it's against.
I had respect for him as a fighter before this. I have a whole new respect for him as an athlete and a person now. Great interview
I went from 155 to 185 in the course of 6 years. Top that.
I went from 78kg to 108 kg in 2month.. thanx to medication ... top that 😂😂
Mike does it involve eating elk and DMT?
I went from 120 to 500 in 1yr... top that
@Mike anyone that has done bodybuilding or anything related to size knows about the Colorado experiment
200 to 160, 4 months
It’s also about having friends and people to talk to. That’s the main thing. Notice how none of these people are alone and by themselves.
I never ever comment on a joe Rogan video but wow this is an absolutely amazing story. Would love to get the documentary rollin 📲
im 6,7 and overweight watching this gives me hope and i would love to just sit down with Khalil Rountree and talk to him
Jordan Peterson - When skillfully integrated, the ability to respond with aggression and violence decreases rather than increase the probability that actual aggression will become necessary..
manjit gogoi thats why i carry my gun.
@@gsfbffxpdhhdf7043 I respect an individuals right to bear arms, but I think the whole process of how one can obtain a gun needs a complete do over. Its should not be so easy where u can just walk into a store and come out with one. I think there has to be a process to identify a need for getting one, followed by a proper training, mandatory, in the psychological aspect of it. The responsibility of having that power etc.
manjit gogoi the need for getting one is the 2a. I think we need to limit your first admendment. This is america you dont need a reason to practice your rights. And its very hard to get a gun u dumbass u need a back ground check and some states a license or a waiting period. So no nothing needs a do over except bans on machine guns. We need them back. And silencers.
@@manjitgogoi4461 for sure. But at the same time criminals will get guns illegally nonetheless and this is why gun etiquette should be taught religiously.
I think this guy just gained himself a lot more fans with this podcast. Cool guy and i wish him the best..
That ring tone is the old school "news desk" or "breaking news" bumper music.
This is epic. Beautiful story, I love that he fights inside and out. Bravo sir. Legit AF
Same story here, I went infantry instead. It's awesome to hear a story that's similar to mine. I was that 320lb fat pre teen kid, bullied for my weight and christianity, wish I could go back and teach that kid some cqc and to drop the baby jesus non sense.
Bullied for ur Christianity 😂 what a load of crap
@@MohamedOmar-tq1pp wtf r u even sayin
The more I learn about this guy the more I like him. Respect!!!!
What an amazing story! I'm rooting for this guy. So humble and down to earth. Fat kid turned elite UFC fighter.
Never heard him speak or even really smile in the ring before or show emotion. Really surprising amount of character! Very different from what I expected lol.
I can relate to this story. Up until the point where he turns it all around. Well done continued success.
Come on man
It’s in our DNA to fight , the more I got dedicated in the gym the less I fought.
It's in our DNA to rape as well. The more dedicated I got at badgering the witness, the less I raped
wiremessiah wtf
This is the most powerful autism I've ever seen...
Everyone alive today was created by rape. Bunch of betas here who can’t admit human DNA and history. Ignore them they are little girls who can’t handle a real

Met this guy at a Hardcore show in Vegas. Really awesome dude.
200-205 pounds down to 135...light-heavyweight down to bantamweight...
I'm SO MUCH HAPPIER with 60-65 pounds less to carry.
You are the size of small woman. Nothing to be happy about. A man is 200+ sorry to break your reality little one. Even if 20% body fat it’s better than being lighter. Ancient
Gladiators and more
actually put on a small layer of fat on purpose because it protects veins and acts more for a meat shield vs blades and blows of any kind. If becoming a woman is your goal then sure being below 200 is fine but that’s your choice if you want to be seen as a small boy or closer to a woman :).
Alpha Vampire savage lol
NestingSpider that's definitely not healthy you're either lying or have a serious eating disorder
I hope your like 5'1" at 135 because you need to eat a little more otherwise
All you guys are dicks. He could be 3 ft 5 and fucking gorillad out at 135 lol 😂
It took me well over 2 years to lose just under 40 lbs and already do I feel much better now than I did back then. This guy really lost way more in less time, becoming one hell of a fighter in the process. Khalil you a king 👑
Elk, DMT, Bow hunting, 100 percent onnit if Jamie can pull that up real quick
The set for this podcast is legendary.
This dude looks just like Schaub and I can't unsee it now
Schaub is black?
Bing Bong yes
Bing Bong *kimbo slice voice* He could be!
that’s why I like Schaub, you can’t tell what the hell he is
Went to hardcore shows with this dude. Respect.
From 300lbs to bangkok ready
The way he talks and presents himself is the COMPLETE opposite of how he fights which is why I like this dude
260 pounds to 170 pounds!!!! Intermittent Fasting changed my life.
I'm trying to lose weight too can you tell me how you did it?
Such a genuine likeable dude.
We woulda been friends in high school dude,
Mr MacGuffin I get the same vibe
your pathetic
Yea right, that’s why he’s a ufc fighter and you’re still a chump....yea best of friends...go have some milk sissy boy
@@mattie9481 bruh.... He wasn't a ufc star back then, we are the same age and his description of himself sounds like 90% of my group. People are salt mining today I guess
Mr MacGuffin so you think he would be your friend? What a fucked up conclusion. I guessing you’re still a fat bastard too..Go back to sleep dream boy
play by ear as well...guitars, bass, keyboards...props bro....freestyle

This is why I love MMA. It’s not like other sports where you need to be some genetic freak to have success. All you need is to be tough and be driven.
