1:26:20 timestamp 💥 there’s the realest million dollar question!!! Basically “even though y’all sound like you got it all figured out” where do you both fall short as individuals and humans? Love it! Best question during this whole thing! Simple, powerful and profound. Because as much as others can seem to “have it all together and all the answers” we are ALL HUMAN just figuring it out just like the next brother or sister…❤

You bring up an essential point about self-identification and autonomy in decision-making. When choices, especially those related to body modification or personal growth, come from a deep, internal sense of self rather than external pressures, they tend to be more empowering and aligned with one’s true essence. It's about guiding people to connect with their core desires and ensuring those choices are rooted in personal fulfillment, not societal validation or shame.
As guides, the focus should be on helping individuals reach a place of wholeness and self-awareness. From there, they can make empowered choices that feel authentic to them. Judgment and shame have no place in this process-it's about supporting people in their journey to self-understanding so they can navigate their path with confidence and clarity.
Empowering others means trusting that they, once aligned with their higher self and truth, will make the decisions that serve their highest good. This is true guidance-showing them the way to their own power and autonomy.

This is a great video definitely interested in the nervous system healing. The boys pretending to be men, don't seem to want to heal. They keep making excuses. Men aren't compassionate towards women problems. Honestly if women are constantly willing to heal. Why do they refuse to put in the work. I refuse to have anyone especially a guy in my life that's not healing especially when children are involved. Healing is a must and I don't care how much a person apologize if you still preforming the same toxic lifestyle and patterns of abusing women. I'm out. I refuse to participate in it. What i love about this is, knowing you have a choice and i admire Preston and Thomas because you two are proof there are good black men and it was never about perfect but about the truth and doing the work to get to being better for you and your family. You guys look so good because you choose to operate in your Divinity. Women are tired of being used. Tired of having to work in a time where these dudes are lying about who they are. They are also planning on living through multiple women at the same time. I'm not where i desire but i refuse now to be dealing with BS from people making excuses instead of doing the work. My healing is taking time and i am in a place where I'm more interested in my healing and i now have a child to help through my vision

I can only speak for myself because everyone is on their own path. I was not raised with my father. I’m a mother of one son. I gave birth at 19. Never married but lasted in my first relationship with my child’s father for 13 or 14 horrible years. My life has forced me into the position of being masculine because I never had anyone to protect me or my child. And I did not want to be seen as vulnerable and risk being preyed upon or hurt. As a result I would only attract weak men that walk in their feminine energy. I really hate that I’m still attracting this type of man when all I want to do is fall back and let him lead.

34:45 I think it can be better received if a woman says it rather than a man saying it. Because we are conditioned In such a way that we can't take constructive criticism from a man! "He is attacking me, he doesn't appreciate me" even when men mean well sometimes it makes us feel like your firing shots directly at us to hurt us. Not to help us. ❤ I am still working on changing my own way of thinking to appreciate that my husband isn't firing shots he's trying to help me build me so WE can do better building us.

Crazy you came here to break her look down and not to hear what she has to say. Be better. She’s using her voice, which is not being constricted by lashes or nails. Don’t underestimate a woman’s words because she also cares about how she looks. There’s no prize to dress and look bad to make yourself seem like a serious professional person. You had nothing better to say than to try to find something to tear her down with when you could’ve simply controlled the way you think and what you focus on and celebrate a woman for what she is doing and saying. Also, you seem to have enough makeup on your face in your picture too.,. Stop trying to make yourself feel better by putting her down.
