The first real underground techno track gone worldwide. Caught my mind back in the early 90's and is still one of the very best. Period. The sound production is off the charts. This is how techno is meant to be. Genuine underground. Much better than "Don't you want me". Whatever you say. Delicious.

It's a dance, trance housy track..it has nothing to do with techno, sorry...and it was in the charts, thats ok when you have commercial success, even great producers and Dj's had, like Sven Väth or Westbam, anyway its a great track, but its not Techno...
@@MSch1974tbh we would called it techno back then (released in 1992). It had faster beat than house and a lot of synth. Proto-trance was just starting in 1990 with Age of Love and only later we would categorise this stuff into trance.

me and my father installed (back then) a satellite dish...to see if it`s working we put an mtv...this was a first song that we`re reached...since then i love that song...

Remember when Don't you want me first came out, Felix only appeared in a mask as he didn't want his bosses to know what he was doing. He was a civil servant if I remember rightly and didn't want to lose his job.
