I carry a heavy bag too whenever I go out. I would rather have my shoulder hurt than not having something I need when I'm out. It's not like I use all the things all the time. But knowing me who will want something so randomly, I make sure I have everything in my bag before I step out.

y t u cant reverse the hair color if it has changed to white color only u can hide them wid henna/hair color 🤷🏻♀️..but u can prevent other hairs from getting grey early by gud diet and hair care..especially use amla itz gud one for grey hair esp

She may not be using all of them at same time.
@@priya-jk chemicals are always chemicals no matter you use it together or at different time.
@@sumithrak3691 You cannot stay away from everything. You try your best and go the natural route as much as you can, eg : sulfate free shampoos or mineral compacts / alcohol free products. Staying completely away from everything specially wrt skin is possible either if you have heavenly blessed skin or where you have a career which does not require you to wear makeup (or you are not working). Second, how you clean/treat your skin is where it matters, so using alcohol free products and product w/o harmful chemicals will help your skin, using makeup on top is just outwardly - as long as you use a primer it won't seep into your skin and won't affect your skin. :)
