For a lady bag it's very essential to also carry extra sanitary wear. So it would be helpful to have a pouch for it too.

We can use Small dust bag for that. Nobody can see through it and its very handy!
There was no such video of purse organiser on TH-cam.. and yet you made it... You do have real knack for this things... Home things .. people don't understand that it requires real talent and skill.... A bag organizer with a zipper is a must for organization (i learned my lesson) also try to avoid the felt ones since they are delicate and light

Heres what i do:
I use small zip pouches for headphones.
Dust bag for sanitary naps and tampons.
Have a separate makeup pouch. (Kajal, liner pen, lipgloss, a red lipstick and a nude lipstick, compact powder, a small comb, a clip, safety pins and hairbands in a zip pouch, a compact size eyeshadow palette)
An umbrella, sunscreen, moisturizer, facewash, (all in small size)
A small trifold wallet to keep money (only paper money). I keep my coins separate in the back zip. Alternatively you can keep your money in a small coin pouch.
I keep my Credit cards separately in another card holder.
Tissues, chewing gums, a small note book, a pen, a water bottle, sunglasses, contact lens and solution.
I keep a small size perfume as well if im going for lunch.
Oh...and handcream is a must! ❤️👍
