Map of the Soul O:NE was such a special online concert. Big Hit set up about 800 monitors and filled the screens with live ARMYs, cheering and singing along during the concert. Jimin didn't realize until near the end of the first concert that ARMY was actually live. He thought the cheers and everything were pre-recorded. When he realized that he was actually seeing and hearing ARMY, as close to an offline concert as modern technology could get, he broke down and cried. At the very end, as they were walking back to where they had started the concert from, ARMY continued to sing part of "Louder Than Bombs" to them. RM kept saying, "ARMY, we hear you. We know you're there." and Jimin broke down again. He said later that he had convinced himself that he was okay with the whole pandemic situation and not being able to have off line concerts, but when he saw and heard ARMY, he realized that he really was not okay. They were all sad and close to crying, especially the first night. No one wanted the concert to end. Not ARMY and not BTS. They've put the concert on DVDs and they're available for pre-order right now. I hope you get a chance to see the whole concert. It was very emotional and special. Having an audience of 800 people is no where near the 60,000 to 90,000 people they used to perform in front of, but it was so much better than the silence or recorded audience that Covid had forced them to perform for. Oh, and you should react to Jin's "Moon" from this concert, if you can. He was literally dressed as a prince.
Out of all the amazing messages that BTS puts out there, this one affected me the most. I am sure we have all lain in bed beating ourselves up over past regrets or things we could have done better. In this song they remind us that we should pat ourselves on the back for the things we did do right and start again tomorrow. The line about the whole world collectively holding it's breathe for a couple of seconds at midnight gives me goosebumps. How comforting to think we get a "reset" button and can try to do better tomorrow. Their vocals were amazing! Thanks for reacting. The live performance for the two days of this online event (Map Of The Soul ON:E) were the only times we've seen them perform it...can't wait for them to perform it in front of a live audience.
Yeah, it's funny, here we refer to it as "military time," but everywhere else, it's just 24-hour time and is pretty standard for most digital clocks and time keeping so there's no confusion with am/pm

The song is very emotional and Jin's voice is even more emotional , he was battling severe burn-out (post Dynamite's success) and he gave it all in the lyrics, he usually doesn't share this dark side with ARMY, but he feels comfortable showing us via music ..... He released it on his birthday for us last December !!!

The songs that were released in 2020 ( MOTS7 and BE album songs) have no live audience, so when it's a live performance, it's on one of the concerts they did online, aka BANGBANCON, MOTSON:E or SOWOOZOO muster. So, there aren't a lot of live performances for B-sides from those albums.
This is one of my husband’s favourite songs. Such a great one💜 I could listen to this on repeat for hours. Jimin was so precious over the two days of this online concert. You could just feeling the emotion seeping from him in every single performance. He even struggled to speak to ARMY without being overcome with emotion. Not having the fans in front of him really was making an impact in his heart. It hurt all of the members of course but it seemed (to me) that it was hitting Jimin differently.
I hadn't actually seen this live performance before. I first fell into BTS on October 13th 2020 so that was several days after this concert. Was so mad I missed it when I found out. I would have guessed this was Day 1 of the MOTS concert though, just going off the amount of emotion they are projecting. I mean damn! I think that's the most emotional I've seen them perform. Makes my heart break for them, I know they were all struggling so hard and this song probably really hit home. I can't wait to watch it in full when MOTS one finally ships. I saw the clips of Jimin breaking down when he saw Army and it broke my heart. This song is one of my comfort songs, its so beautiful!
Oh wow. Jimin had a sore throat actually. So his voice was off but he still performed for us. I watched the concert online. It was wonderful. Your going to love the DVD.

They performed so many songs along with each member’s own solos for 2 days. On the second day they changed up and added a few different songs to the set list. I think zero o’clock is that tiny moment between one day and the next. It’s just a heartbeat long but it’s that moment between days when for that moment time stops before the next day begins. I wasn’t expect the choreography either.
This was beautiful ! The three part harmony by Jinminkook was amazing ! Our Jimin-ssi was precious in these two days . You can hear in his voice how sometimes in the performance he got clouded or overcome with emotions a little bit . JK was extremely stable as usual along with Jin and Tae seriously looked like a prince . You should take a look at Moon from the same concert where Jin also looked legit like a prince ! Also surely give a listen to JK's covers of 10000 hours , sofa , If you , paper hearts . I mean whatever he covers is absolute gold and somehow uptill now I have always liked his versions better . I know what you mean when you say "The vocal line songs are so good." That does not lower the amazingness of whole group songs, solo songs, or rap songs. ALL BTS SONGS ARE GOOD, so praising one does not lessen any others. This song is very near and dear to my heart because I relate so personally to the lyrics. I am my own worst enemy. I overthink and replay conversations or events over and over in my mind a million times and run multiple scenarios and wonder if I should've said something differently or if I should have done this or that. Is it my fault? Is it my wrong? And I make myself miserable. I know I shouldn't do this and I'm working on it but it's hard. That's why the "and you gonna be happy part" hits so hard.
before tou into whalien 52, actually a backstory (based on a true story ofc) might be better even if it's a spoiler, whalien is a mix od the word "alien" and "whale", and it talks about a whale who only sends 52hz signals, so he could not communicate with the other whales since his frequency is too high. This whale was given the nickname of "the lonliest whale"
I so agree with your ‘moods’ comment. I also have a huge BTS playlist and will sometimes skip a song or search for a particular song depending on the mood I’m in. Not because they’re bad songs but just not ‘fitting’ with that moment. Definitely need to start some new playlists for different moods.

You should react to telepathy and fly to my room!! They’re both from the BE album, which they wrote during the pandemic, and it gives me the same vibes as zero o clock. Upon discovering BTS, I have strictly mainly only considered myself a BTS fan. I, of course, over time have encountered other korean music and have added songs from: Exo, Cross Gene, Seo In Guk, and Shin Won Ho to my play list. But still only considered myself a BTS fan. This is mostly because I haven't taken the time or interest to delve deep into learning about the artists themselves or listen to their complete discographies. More recently I came across a music video, that changed that. Through one video, I discovered THREE incredible groups that I now consider myself a fan of: N. Flying, F.T. Island and CN Blue. Some consider these groups K-pop and some say they are K-rock, I'm not sure which they officially are. Most BTS fans know that BTS won big at the 2019 Melon Music Awards but the group N. Flying won an award too, for best rock group or something like that. The song Still Love You is a duet with one of the two lead singers in N. Flying, Yoo Hwe Seung, and the lead singer from F.T. Island, Lee Hong Gi. Like BTS, the members of N. Flying post V-lives and two members even have their own You Tube channel called "two idiots" (I think?!?), where you see they are just as funny as BTS. F.T. Island is great but I feel like I found them kinda late, as I'm not sure they are still actually a group. I know they started out with four members and now are only two, as one member left and one went to prison. I'm really enjoying their older music but hope that even if they are no longer a group that lead singer, Lee Hong Gi, continues to put out music. It would be a shame, if he stopped singing....such an awesome voice! CN Blue, I discovered through F.T. Island as the lead singers of both groups acted together in one of my favorite K-dramas "You're Beautiful". The first three songs listed are the ones I would like reactions to. The fourth song I just put in the list because I mentioned the three groups but the songs I'm asking reactions for only concern two of the three groups. Jimin was so emotional - he seemed to me during this performance on the verge of crying. He misses performing in front of a ARMY so much. I know all of them do - but Jimin seems especially affected. I know that when he had a moment during this online performance to address ARMY, he was in tears. He looked beautiful - I have to say I was a bit concerned for him.

That album, is just unbelievable
Upon discovering BTS, I have strictly mainly only considered myself a BTS fan. I, of course, over time have encountered other korean music and have added songs from: Exo, Cross Gene, Seo In Guk, and Shin Won Ho to my play list. But still only considered myself a BTS fan. This is mostly because I haven't taken the time or interest to delve deep into learning about the artists themselves or listen to their complete discographies.
More recently I came across a music video, that changed that. Through one video, I discovered THREE incredible groups that I now consider myself a fan of: N. Flying, F.T. Island and CN Blue. Some consider these groups K-pop and some say they are K-rock, I'm not sure which they officially are. Most BTS fans know that BTS won big at the 2019 Melon Music Awards but the group N. Flying won an award too, for best rock group or something like that. The song Still Love You is a duet with one of the two lead singers in N. Flying, Yoo Hwe Seung, and the lead singer from F.T. Island, Lee Hong Gi. Like BTS, the members of N. Flying post V-lives and two members even have their own You Tube channel called "two idiots" (I think?!?), where you see they are just as funny as BTS.
F.T. Island is great but I feel like I found them kinda late, as I'm not sure they are still actually a group. I know they started out with four members and now are only two, as one member left and one went to prison. I'm really enjoying their older music but hope that even if they are no longer a group that lead singer, Lee Hong Gi, continues to put out music. It would be a shame, if he stopped singing....such an awesome voice!
CN Blue, I discovered through F.T. Island as the lead singers of both groups acted together in one of my favorite K-dramas "You're Beautiful".
The first three songs listed are the ones I would like reactions to. The fourth song I just put in the list because I mentioned the three groups but the songs I'm asking reactions for only concern two of the three groups.
I have not been able to find many reactions to these groups and feel like they deserve more attention.

Some parts of this weren’t sung by the one who was highlighted but besides that this song is quite amazing and such a nice song for early morning or late at night. Also the underlining vocals in this 🔥 Definitely a new day new memories and new attitude.

Jimin was so emotional - he seemed to me during this performance on the verge of crying. He misses performing in front of a ARMY so much. I know all of them do - but Jimin seems especially affected. I know that when he had a moment during this online performance to address ARMY, he was in tears. He looked beautiful - I have to say I was a bit concerned for him.
Actually he was tired.
