Somewhere in that area is my grandparents old farm . I was there only once in the mid 60s before the lake filled . They were bought out by the state and moved just down the road on Pleasant Valley . Would love to find the old homestead some day . Thanks for sharing !!
I live very close to Moraine Stare Park, and I did many hours of volunteer work up there between 2004 & 2009. I actually was part of a conservation team during the summer of 2007. That project was over 500 hours over 3 months (June through early September)
@@MaksimOutdoors The teepee's you noticed was what we slept in, because we all unanimously agreed to sleep in Moraine State Park (Well before smartphones)
