For instance, the price for a home in Addis Ababa and Hawassa are completely different...there would be at least a price difference of around 25mil for the same home depending on the location of the homes in both cities...I should have mentioned which city I found a home for 470k, but I had no intention of providing false information. This is why i say Architects can't design interior space. It is terribly designed. It is so outdated. As a professional interior designer the painting is ,hollycow, terrible, the arch, the pole in the living room, the fact that the modern kitchen is like a cave, the backsplash tile, the windows, one bath for 3bedrooms,... i can go on and on...are all ticked "what u don't do?".. the manual sink wrong place... it's no worth to spend 70mil

The the potential buyers for this house most likely is diaspora and they seen better built homes so more is expected from the builder. Putting concrete and cinder blocks together doesn’t make home amazing, need better architects designers and engineering team.

This is may be the worst luxury house I’ve ever seen. Is the designer blind? Every room is dark and is equipped with horrible looking items. Color choice is a mess. The only good looking part is the external design. Asking over a million dollars for a house in Addis is honestly a crime. Why would anyone buy such creepy designed house in Ethiopia while he/she can buy a much better luxury house anywhere in the US and Europe with the same price? Honestly, speaking this a rip off. Most houses in Ethiopia lack good design and furnishing quality. I wonder why the owners of these real estates don't work with international designers for better quality materials, home designs and finishing. Sorry but houses in Addis are expensive with absolutely less value, and the inflation and standard of living makes the price not affordable for the locals at all.
