To turn on Developer Mode on iOS 16.5 it's different. You have to open Settings > Privacy & Security and scroll to the bottom. There you will see the option for turning on Developer Mode.
Thank you for time saving advice: use appropriate cable for installing. I did and smoothly run the first app into my phone. Merci But interesting experience, when I try to run my app on my real device mac/xcode ask me pass code again and again, I think approved more then 3 times, don't know why like that. At least worked and running on my phone now.
@@Industry-insider lol I went back to Apple because android cpu are not enough for what i want they are too slow compare it to apple cpu i lost 900$ just doing this 🥲 i am waiting for CPU that is powerful as M3 or m4
Hey Dave, After building to the physical device then unplugging from the computer, can the app run like normal/as intended or does it need to always have that physical connection to the computer/Xcode, even if you clicked the stop button? I hope that's clear! :) I understand the free device provisioning only lasts for 7 days. Can you say what happens after that period? Does the app delete itself, or do you have to remove it manually so you that you can deploy again? Thanks!
I 'think' that the app may disappear off the device after the provisioning period if you don't have a developer account. Yes, you should still be able to use the app without Xcode after pushing it to the device.
It used to be that you had to be wired directly into the device... but now there are ways to deploy wirelessly over your network. I think you have to connect the device once to provision and enable the trust permissions, but after that you should be able to deploy over your wireless network. If you want to test outside of your network, you could deploy the app to the app store and approve someone as a remote tester before publishing the version of the app you are building. This is trickier. I should probably make a video on this based on how long my answer is. :)
I simply want to run code whether it be on my device phone or laptop. I'm using an ID LE to run code with Python launcher and I'm not exactly sure if I'm doing that correctly but I keep getting error messages and I can't get past it. The code is for a website that has a note address on the Blockchain Ethereum. I'm simply trying to run it on my computer or my phone. Any suggestions?
Brother, IMP Please reply me, After Create Xcode app, is there any way to save Ready to Install APP into PC, and Share in any i phone. ??? if yes then how ??
hi Dave thank you for your tutorial but i have some issue i cant test my App on My real device I appreciate if you could help me to solve this issue thank you in advance
Hey, I am building an app on my phone but the issue is that whenever I disconnect the my phone from the laptop the app goes away, I can’t see it functioning anymore. What’s can be the issue?
Whenever you build an app on a physical device, it'll stay on the device. If you build the app to the device, and you see it launch on the device, and then click Stop or disconnect the cable, the app should stay on the device. It's often a weird white icon with circles and grid lines, unless you have added an app icon to your app already. Not sure why it wouldn't still be on your device. Sometimes it gets added to a random page on your iPhone, and you have to hunt around for it. Good luck!
Brother i have a Customer, He want a private app, He don’t want to publish on app store, I build app in Xcode, He want to use with his company employee, Now how do i send app?? Without enabling Devloper option in persons iphone???

Perfect video!
How would you use the app while going outside or is it only used for testing.
Thx buddy it was helpful
Do you need to be plugged in or are you able to deploy it to the iPhone and then test the app on the phone without it being connected to Xcode?

Meu app funciona normalmente por 5 dias, apos isso o iphone desinstala automaticamente o app, alguem sabe como resolvo isso ?
Do you need a paid developer account for this to work?

If it’s only for him, you can distribute an ad-hoc version.
