you have to apply for DL again but it will not take too much time will take only less than a week to get that and apply for aptitude test , if you pass the aptitude test you will get NMBI pin number so you can approach employer directly or after getting DL you can apply for other hospital for adaptation. but to work in nursing home you have to pass aptitude test . If you fail adaptation once better to take aptitude so you will get registration within one week and most of the employer will take us if we have NMBI pin.
