Different headers and section numbering in Microsoft Word

This is a Microsoft Word tutorial covering, how to create multiple headers and section numbering. The tutor starts off by creating three sections in a Word document. Each header link to previous option is broken, which then allows the user to add a different header for each section. The tutor then uses the field option to add page numbering and section numbering for each section. The field option sits inside the Insert tab and Quick Parts. Thank you for this clear instructional tutorial. I was struggling with a footer that I wanted to be changed on the last page of a document. I could not figure out how to insert sections so I could unlink the footer on the last page. I did try inserting a continuous break but that did not work. After watching your video I was able to fix this issue in my document.

Is there an easy way to edit a multiple header from a document that already exists?

Its is more of a fiddle but you can. You still need top add section breaks. Try continuous first
