Though Sorted Food would be far more difficult because they're out of Europe so.... My vote is Ro. I've seen a few people ask about Yo from How To Cake It but honestly I think you're both far too different in how you approach your baking that you would end up not having fun or just scrapping the collab altogether. Yo is notorious for her measuring and wanting everything perfect and legit getting irritated when something doesn't turn out the way she planned while your videos are more "go with the flow" and winging it when something doesn't turn out right. It's a lovely thought to have you two collab but I don't think it would go well.

Love the Neon Chocolate splatter Cake. When I make black buttercream I use chocolate frosting and then add black food coloring. Works great.
