- A&Z #937 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs the Pizza Paradise 7lb Wood Fired Sourdough Pizza Challenge at Pizza Paradise inside Grandview Public Market in West Palm Beach, Florida. Katina and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For challenge #18, I traveled to Pizza Paradise located in Grandview Public Market in West Palm Beach, Florida so that I could help kick off their new 7lb Wood Fired Sourdough Pizza Challenge which features two of their large "Signature Pies" (specialty sourdough pizzas) from their delicious menu. I ordered The Floridian for my first pizza with tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, pineapple, hot cherry peppers, & capicola ham. For pizza #2, I ordered their Burrata Pie with prosciutto, Buratta, basil, tomato sauce, balsamic glaze, & extra virgin olive oil. I ordered extra marinara dipping sauce too because each pizza consisted of 2.25 lbs of sourdough crust. I was trying to win my $50 wood fired sourdough pizza meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and the 1st spot on Pizza Paradise's Wall of Fame. Pizza Paradise's 7lb Wood Fired Sourdough Pizza Challenge in West Palm Beach, Florida ($50):
Pizza Paradise operates inside Grandview Public Market in West Palm Beach, Florida.
They serve wood fired sourdough pizzas along with chicken wings and sub sandwiches.
For this challenge, you must pick two of the "Signature Pies" from their delicious menu.
Each pizza pie weighs around 3.5 lbs total, with around 2.25 lbs coming from extra thick crust.
Floridian - Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Parmesan, Pineapple, Hot Cherry Peppers, & Capicola Ham.
Burrata Pie - Prosciutto, Buratta, Basil, Tomato Sauce, Balsamic Glaze, & Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
You are welcome to order marinara sauce to dip your crust into, to help get it all down faster.
You can pick other topping options if desired. There is a 50 minute time limit to finish them both.
Winners receive the $50 meal free, a sweet t-shirt, and a spot on Pizza Paradise's Wall of Fame.

There have been a lot of awesome videos, but there are a few of them that truly stand out like the one where you and Katina go down to the wire fighting for the win, and like this one with the comment from the mom with the child that has Autism saying how much your videos help her to get him to eat. Those are the comments that no one makes up. That one came from a mother who loves her child dearly and how much she appreciates your videos. I mean, How awesome is that!

Haha when i first read ur comment, I thought you said hes not out of his prime. I was gunna link one of his challenges from like 8 years ago when he finishes a challenge in like 8 minutes, and the owners are like who the is this guy.
Love the videos. Almost every video, Randy will utter his beginning catchphrase of "Boom" to start and then later utter his other catchphrase of "I'm an idiot" (pretty certain that's MY catchphrase since I use it all the time myself) after he looks over the situation and then explains he made it harder for himself and he doesn't know why he does this. I think I do, it adds humor.
