WE WANT A DARK MODE!!! lol I plan on doing an honest review of it once I start with actual day-to-day work so I can see how that part functions. I left Yardbook for Copilot. Honestly, it was a scary decision because I was knowledgeable about Yardbook, and it was easy to learn and use and fairly robust for what it is and what you pay for it. With SEVERAL bumps the past few weeks, things have gotten SO much better and it's a great piece of software. If things keep improving and new features get added, especially the ones you talk about, it will be a great tool for a lawn care company. I've spent hours coming up with spreadsheets to help with my numbers and job profitability and I am looking forward to seeing those inside Copilot. Keep rocking it, Mike! 👊
Thank you Mike! Really appreciate you offering free version for solos. Will be joining this evening. Keep crushing it boss, your growth seems to have a compounding effect 👍👍📈📈📈Incredibly grateful to witness your trajectory as well as inspired by you. Thanks Mike 👍🙏
Hi Mike, will you guys be adding other accounting software integration. Im in NZ uses MYOB. the second question does the ACH (Stripe) & Job logistics map control work in other countries? Loving the look
Honest question. What is the chance you send a customer with an estimate with the images you sent and they back after you for not rebuilding their house to match the image? Would you need to include a disclaimer declaring that you are only referring to the lawn vs the building? IK sounds silly and stupid but a stupid question is one never asked.
Hey Mike. Any thoughts toward multi-entity in Co-Pilot? I have a landscaping company now but am looking to acquire additional service based businesses. Would be nice to have a single pane of glass for reporting fed by the different entities underneath.
Hi Mike! I've been playing with the free version wanting to make the jump from Jobber. Just curious if you have any plan to make it where you can require a deposit % on the estimate (like jobber)? Keep up the great work!
We have many homes services. It is not just for lawn care ✅👍🏻we already have users in Europe, Canada and Australia. The mobile apps will be made available internationally on a couple weeks
will there be a french version? i do lawncare in Montreal and some of my employes only speck french! i have a crm but its verry bad haha planing on joining
Hey Mike just wondering if it would be possible to have add ons to lower teirs id really like the txt functionality but have no goals to get far enough to justify paying for that huge bundle. Love what u bring to the table. Love the content. Enjoying your CRM so far. Thanks for the lawn care media door hangers the other day tooo..
I run a tree service. 90% one off projects. Average $2,400/day. Using quickbooks. Is this pretty functional for project work? It seems more built for recurring work.
I am looking into copilot but I am afraid as the features get built up that it will cost more per month than other crm's. As you develop the software do u plan on raising the price higher than other crm's?
We do not have any plans to raise the price for at least 24 months. If we ever raised prices I would ensure personally that the value increase is 10X the price difference
I tried to impart information that would have made you millions for doing much of nothing that has to do with Agusta. You would talk about what you were doing and it was clear it so wrong. It the future you will loose 90% of what is on deposit because of lack of knowledge. I left a message with my phone number and received a reply that you would not waste your time calling me back. I also mentioned I wanted to get an Augusta Franchise as well but no longer for now. Because of signing an NDA I can no longer talk about your gains or losses. You did at one point send me a message to contact you but was already too late because of the NDA and I have to be very carful even with this post in what I say. I really wanted to help you but now I can't. We all live and learn. Things will soon be going in ways you had never thought of. This loss will be the biggest you have ever had. Some of the loss you won't even realize because you don't know what you don't know. You seem like a good guy and a hard worker and is why I wanted to help you. Now you are on your own. Good luck.
If you think I jump to whatever is gonna “make me millions” you got the wrong guy and it is undoubtedly the wrong opportunity for me. My team knows that and wouldn’t take time to tell me. Not a bad opportunity but not the right one for me.

Also I may just be not seeing it but are we able to set up monthly automatic payments?
Yes we have monthly automatic payments. Also deposit thresholds should be available in May 2023
Will there be a version for other home services? And will it be availible in Australia?

We do have limit texting to Enterprise Level. The infrastructure and costs are expensive for those type of features 🙏🏼
Great - thank you. Will it work in Europe? i.e. France
