I will come to Philippines soon . You inspired me and your story.. from typhoon season, you struggle but you didn’t lose hope ! Most of The Filipino people are so nice and welcoming! Take care bro ❤🎉
You should build a bigger cage for your chickens where they can actually freely walk. Check out Becoming Filipino's chicken cage. The chicken will be happier and will more lay eggs.
I Thought you Don’t Like CDO I Remember You Stock There During Covid Time , But you left for Siargao… Later Tal Glad you Still Hanging There 🙏✌️✌️👌👍👍👍👍👍❤️🙏
I loooooove Pancake House! Their pancakes, golden waffle and would you believe even their tacos!! Try everything! Eat everything! Maybe you could build your chickens a nice house with nice cages? 🐔🐓 Are you going to put solar panels? Wish you’d meet Jay & Sacha of Eight Miles from Home channel. They could really be helpful they know a lot and will build a house in Siargao too
What is great about CDO are the availability of cheap hotels that are very clean. The city also looks very neat. I have yet to really see what makes it great.
What happened to your small house in Siargao ir was it BoHol, Tal? Have a good life in CDO. Stay safe. ☺ 🎉 Hey guys, let's up the ante in subscribing Tal's channel. A really nice TH-camr. Or are you taking these furnishings to Siargao? All the best in everything 😃
It would be nice if the Goverment would fix that road , make it cemented . I wonder if U could request it from the government. And U should probably hire a professorial one to fix ur house.
you're gonna need a bigger chicken house. they need way more space than those you got right now. they're gonna end up pecking at each others' backs and it'll get infected and die.
I'm sorry the people working on your house have no clue .You need to learn to do basic carpentry or DIY handy man work. There are many resources for you to learn and you have the means.
Water seeks its own level. That leak could be starting somewhere else and just finding the easiest route. You could try by sealing the concrete and joints with a rubberized sealant before painting over it. If it's a wall over a concrete layer you'll need a moisture barrier sheet. The sealant serves a similar purpose for smaller areas (since it's more expensive than a moisture barrier sheet). Since you've painted your walls you may have been able to put some small amount of dye to trace a leak where you suspect that it starts. I suggest you do find how to seal that before you proceed as that may be some source of extensive and expensive damage when heavy rains and typhoon arrive. Dude, that is one shitty dishonest lazy shyster of a contractor. Tang Ina. Leche.
@@wilfredpacquin2213 All the points you have shown are installation errors, everything has been done incorrectly. It lacks sealant, the screws are probably screwed in from the upper part of the ridge on the corrugated iron. It should be screwed from the lower part. bathroom faucets system in the same way. The right kind of material has not been used for that installation, the amount of water damage on the upper floor, everything you showed are installation errors. This is not a material error. It makes all the difference. Installation mistakes are made by a person who does not know how and has no sense of knowledge

Can you believe that TH-cam have stuck in a 50 minute advertisement? Adverts, I don't mind - they help you. But 50 minutes? If you have that much to say, get your own channel! Anyway Tal, I'm off to do something else, and leave this Godzilla Advertisement playing in the background while I do it. Hopefully I will live long enough to get to the end and find out what you guys had for lunch. Catch you later. G'mar chatima tovah
Hire professional builders to repair your tiny house. Workers who will do the job seamlessly. Ask from people u know whose houses are constructed beautifully. There are a lot of good Filipino craftsmen, but I'm not sure if there are in Siargao. Watching your videos from the Big🍎🗽

Beautiful house 😍
Two options, put down logs or gravel. I don't think I would go the log rout as locals may use it for cooking wood.
Hope you will build a large pen for the chickens.
for a good mini led tv get a Hisense U8H or U8K these are best tv to get that are competing with Samsung or Sony in terms of picture quality.

I think Pancake House, at least the one in the Philippines, is originally Filipino-owned.
This is really sad when you pay the man and he doesnt deliver , many people have horror stories when it comes to contructing a house in philiipines
Insert big stones in those holes.
