Sir,we have done NiPGs-A of my 2 blastocyst embryos and the report came as one aneuploid and other one low level mosaic(mosaic gain of chromosome 4).my doctor has suggested us to repeat the treatment again .this my 2nd Ivf .I don’t know what to do sir .could u please suggest me .can we transfer the low level mosaic embryo?and will it be able to give us a healthy outcome /baby?
What does it mean if they send a reply saying sample insufficient,, on first time as well as on repeat biopsy? It was a day 6 blast does it mean blast was abnormal or means biopsy was not done properly??
Hello Sir.. Me and my husband is having type 1 diabetes and also I have PCOD. Now we are thinking for IVF nd our gynec suggested us for genetic test so that we can find out cause of diabetes in us and then after we will start ivf treatment and also suggested PGT before embryo transfer. How much this is helpful and what tests are required of embryo so that we can ensure that they are implanting normal embryo and don't heritate diabetes to our baby.
