I think this is nice, but it’s the same floor plan of a 400-500k townhome in the same area inside a gated community……
Thanks for watching! Custom homes like these generally are a bit more pricey (especially new constructions over 3300SqFt. There's no Hoa, private backyard, etc. Not to mention the increase construction cost.
