I think ambient occlusion must work with global illumination. That would be a great update. We shouldn't close down the GI to get the OC. Instead of that you can reduce the amount of GI.

how to set camera height? In Bimmotion Settings it is always 1,70m...i can only change it to 1m or 2m but not 1,50m...

That ceiling is way too dark...gi would be bouncing all over the room. It takes away from the realism of the image.
