    Why not using the ice cubes inside the drink and finish whit a crush ice on the top? Many times i see barmans putting this stupid crush ice...for ruin the drink nothing more...cuz the crush ice melt quickly and fast than a ice cubes...so u drink a cocktail after all or an drink whit backbarrys and water???? Lol..

      Thanks for feedback , but a heap of crushed ice is instantly refreshing, and will tone down strong flavours in spirits forward drinks. It will also thin out thicker ingredients like syrup and purées so that they blend more easily with your cocktail.
