as a young 13 yro girl liking football, I still find that there are barely any girls I know who are interested in football, I get a lot of hate for it and end up talking to boys who love the jets.
Keep Being a trend setter and rockin with the Jets!!👍🏾
You’ll find your circle of friends who like sports, don’t worry. You’re still young and have plenty of opportunities ahead of you to meet other girls like you.
And if you really have a passion for sports, try reaching out to female broadcasters/analysts, if that’s a route you want to take as a career. Or something else in sports, too.
You will see more and more girls like it with flag football etc but no matter what keep loving it - you’re the same age I was when I started and enjoy talking to boys and keep learning it - I had great male mentors!
