The code is made for 16x2 display.
There nothing to do in the code
Video is good, however you need to cut the sound way down - can't hear you over the background. Otherwise great.

Are you using I2C backpack?
If you are then there is a little blue box on the I2C backpack.
It's the potentiometer.
Take a screw driver and rotate it.
The brightness should increase

I have added the pin echo to 5 and trig to 4 and changing some program but its not working
Pin 5 is digital.
With ~ sign.
Try using 7 or as shown in the video
It is 7 and 8 and its working perfectly

If it is a folder then put it in C:/ > Program files x86 > Arduino > Library

Sir this means the library is not compatible.
Please delete any previously installed library for LCD and install the one we have given.
