My favorite was probably his 30 ish yard run for the TD. He looked like he had some actual speed!
Look no further than his td to interception ratio. Especially in the playoffs. He should run more often than he would have less interceptions. He played wr in high school.
I always chuckled seeing Bens big ass running, but he knew when and where to run. He wasn’t afraid of taking those hits! Thanks for the 18 years Big Ben!

Factual. It’s saddening. I’ve always had a love hate relationship with some of his play (lack of focus (admittedly), decision making. But this guy is a legend and these same fans better not give salute when it’s his last game. I mean this dude has legendary plays

Ben at his prime was absolutely insane and even now he is still holding on better then most quarterbacks at the end/last season of there career what a legend you will be missed
2 of those runs were in 2018 so not all were long ago. What I like best is the one against Baltimore they showed. We were losing the game but Ben only missed one game due to that partially torn MCL and still gave up his body to score on the ground. Warrior.
The physicality at the goal line is INSANE. He actually has impeccable running instincts haha

@@aggressivelyamicable5987 low 4.3 he can run he the GOAT of all qb I promise you that is why he is better good pocket than most even when he has no time he avoid the sack and score points and first downs since he make the play with nearly as faster DB's, LB's and even fast or quick DL coming full speed at him and very few of them sack him he just hasn't made as many plays this year since he his human and most players are nowhere near as fast as him he the fastest player on the field usually
he also changed a lot of the years. I mean he put on a lot of weight in the middle of his career then lost it at the end. I also think his motorcycle crash cost him speed. He slowed down a lot in the 2010s. Became more of a pocket passer. Great at both though.

This actually made me sad. I remember how good Big Ben was at scrambling the ball. If he saw an opening he'd take it. It also helped that he's a big enough guy that he can shake guys off of him. It was painful watching him try to run it in his later years because it was obvious he just couldn't do it anymore. Pittsburgh will miss you Big Ben.
I absolutely love his rushing footwork, everyone thinks it's because he is big why people can't take him down, but it really is his footwork and balance.

Russell Wilson is about 10x more dangerous as a runner than Ben. There is no comparing their ability to "run when needed". Wilson has nearly 5,000 rushing yds in his 9 years career Ben has 1,300 in 17 seasons. I mean this is a fun video to watch but I don't get where some of these people view Ben as a real threat to run the ball. The reason he got the runs he did is because NOBODY respected him as a runner and for good reason. HOF player not doubt but running threat, nope.

For 18 years I got to see Ben play in Black and Gold. It was an absolute privilege.
While these were great plays, it also shows why Big Ben had to play injured or not even play. I remember when Aaron Rodgers advised Mahomes to go for the slide and save yourself from injuries sometimes. But coming from a Patriots fan, watching Big Ben playing was extremely fun, because he was really good and play with heart and bravery for his team.
He did what was needed to win and for that he will always be a steeler for life. Thank you Big Ben

In 11 games Ben has 3100 yards, 21TD's and 10int vs Patriots. If steelers d scheme wasn't such a perfect matchup for the Pats off scheme, this man wouldn't just have 2 superbowls. That eqautes to 4600yds 30tds 14int in an entire season vs some great D's. He was truly an X factor on the field regardless how well the opposing D was playing because of his size and mobility combo.
