Highlander produced by Cannon. This blown my mind. I almost think that was a mistake, but searching in the Wikipedia says that the film was produced by Thorne EMI Screen Entertainment, formely in 1986 CANNON Screen Entertainment. Amazing!
Electric Boogaloo: The Wild, Untold Story of Cannon Films is a must-see for Cannon fans. It's often pretty hilarious (e.g. the story about how Sharon Stone was accidentally cast for a movie because of a misunderstanding).

I have a copy of the doc, it's a brilliant watch. There is a book out called The Cannon Film Guide pt.1 which is a real good read.
