Pros:
Durable outsole
Stylish
good reinvention of the NMD
Ryat boot version look nice
Rimowa collab looked nice, same as Philllthy collab
If you like the models you can buy them now easy!
Fit is TTS IMO
Cons:
Very slow roll out of colorways after initial hype
Heavy on feet
Getting on feet was hard for me with the loose tongue
Needed more hype to draw more interest IMO
Suggestions:
use the sole and make a newer upper with an OG UB style tongue for structure, maybe even some suede panels

How did you fix the heel slip? I love the design, but had so much heel slip that I returned them. I tried different sizes, but the same issue with both.

I put new insoles in my S1's and they're super comfortable! I love the chunky midsole, personally. Got the black pair

the fusion skin upper upper is actually from the Copa Sense soccer cleat. the toe is leather and there is a hidden seam with the knit. thats why it's called fusion skin
This was a really great re boot from the OG nmd, the design of the Trefoil grips overlaying were originally an Alexander Wang thing brought back from the vaults. I'm sure they done it before with an outdoor boot

Great video as usual! I’ve been loving the NMD S-1 since the beginning. I bought a pair of triple white, and boy do I love them! The comfort is absolutely crazy, and the futuristic design kills it.
Question on this new version, is this Fusionknit thing water repellent?
The silhouette has so much potential. I can’t wait to see what Moncler will do with the winter boot version. However, what Neighborhood did with both regular and boot version is a bit disappointing. There’s so much to build on with its super sleek and futuristic aesthetics! Take for instance what Mr Bailey did in terms of boldness; that’s the way to go IMO.

The sizes is the main issue.if you buy the phiiilthy half size down ,the regular ones full size or even full and half size down .now we got the newest version might run true size . Besides that I really like the look and comfort.

Got the Rimowa ones. Theyre great and comfy and look awesome, but whenever I walk I have a clacking sound coming from the sole. I assume its the angled heel that rolls over the floor in a weird way, resulting it to clack? Maybe its my way of walking.

Good vid. I like the S1 although I think it's bulk make is a little less comfortable than is should be. And that price is high. I got the Phillthy collab for on sale for like half retail. Would not have copped for more than 160-180

These shoes will be a great choice for those who focus more on fashion style. That doesn’t mean these shoes aren’t comfortable. All you have to do is find the right size that fits you. This can be tricky though.
I love the style of the nmd s1 but they just aren't the most comfortable unfortunately. It might just be me because I have a very flat foot but they hurt my feet after awhile.
