i noticed a couple things ... if you use method #1 and right click on the upscaled image, MJ defaults to the latest saveid you've created ... is there a way of choosing which id you want to use? .. and #2, I'm not getting as good a results as you are getting .. some of the few famous people I've tried are not matching very well / blending into the AI images lve created ... do the image sizes of the face of the 2 need to be precise for a better result? I tried creating a saveid with a dog but there was too much hair in his face , so it never got recognized ... will have to keep experimenting. Thanks.

Wow, really next level stuff! Here’s a question, what about if you’re using a portrait with three faces? Would that work or how would that work? Like can you assign an ID to a specific face?

But if you take a picture in which two people are photographed. And you want to swap faces for both of them. How do you do that?
@AiInAMinute, I have a question, how do you avoid the multiple face changes when there is more than one person in the picture. I did this but it also changed the other peoples faces in the photo as well?
I would simply crop the face you want to change and then put it back together in the original photo using an image editor

bot swaped a lot of faces, i picked the original pic, did a layer in PS and erased the face I wanted haha

Thanks so much, it was clear and very elaborate. I tried the swapid, the swap itself worked but it failed to do it accurately, like the original picture from the Imagine code had wider face structure than that of my picture, and longer chin so it came out a bit off.. any prompts to use in order to make it more accurate?
It's better to keep making images in Midjoureny until you have one that matches your face shape.

FYI--You may want to mention that this app requires a paid Patreon to access the items you are showing. Not sure if that is new, but I just tried it out. I can only use the most recent image to swap and I am limited to 50 credits. Not all features are available. Good video over all. Thanks for posting

You have to click on the icon positioned to the left of the search bar "list members".

Sounds like a glitch. I had an issue earlier where it was not accepting my prompts. I think the server was overloaded a little earlier on

Thanks so much for the tutorial - I'm working with 2nd method and getting really great results, only problem is that the resolution of the final image with swapped face is really low quality. I'm importing Midjourney's render (1024x1024 px) which is great but getting output image of only 485x485 px. Is there a possibility to get the same picture resolution? Hi there! That is a low resolution. I use imgupscaler.com and set it to 400% upscale and I find I get excellent (FREE) upscales.

When I right click I do not have an option "apps" is there something in settings/midjourney I need to look into? Also, it's limited to 50 commands a day

Doesn’t effect it at all. This is just pure open course stuff. It makes amazing images. Costs not a penny. And we can it in our own servers (privately) :)

I followed your tutorial. Already had Midjourney on my one server. Added Insight Face Swap from the link in your description. Authorized it and it showed up on my server. Typed /saveid. Nothing happened. Do I need to create a separate server with just Midjourney and Insight Face Swap on it? Or could something else be wrong? HELP!
can you delete replace saved id's later if they are not in use?
yes. You can delete them with /delid (for a single id) or /delall for all of them :0
Does this work for baby-faces also? I tried, but it didn't seem to work very well for me. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Can you set aspect ratio?
yes. You can set the aspect ratio in the generation process --ar 16:9 (for example). If you upload your own images, you'd have to make the image the size / AR you want first :)

I tested it with my dog Kingston and it gave me a face detection failed response. I'm going to tinker with it and see what I can come up with :)

Instead of the Discord coming up with the images you swap, can you swap two images of your choosing? So swap the face of one of your images into the body of another image that you have selected, not the AI creation of the second image?

this seems to work well for famous people but for non known people the faces don't come close after I tried various photos of the same person in dozens of iterations
I'm wondering why it won't work for me at all. The face remained exactly the same it didn't swap at all. I tried doing both for individual and multiple faces. and I notice it says I have only 50 credits which don't show on yours. I'm using paid discord account.

Whaddya do if you're limited to 10 Face ID's? You have to remove one (somehow) to make room to another? / Is that 10 Faces per day and it resets each day? / Or you gotta open a new server + Bot to have room for 10 new Face ID's......?
