Took a trip to meet my friend (Instagram user @lambomaniac) with his 1 of 3 in the world Lamborghini Murcielago LP670-4 SV with an IPE exhaust. Thank you to @supercarsunlimited for the ride up!

I know newer fans will like the Aventador SVJ
but for me it's always THE Murciélago SV. Especially since it was the last model to carry Giotto Bizzarrini's last iteration of the original V12, which sounded wayy more F1 like than the Audi developed throaty sounding one in the Aventadors.
Sayak Majumder could not agree with you more!! My favorite car of all time for this exact reason . The motor has been in the Lamborghini family since the Miura and this last variant of it is the best sound I have ever heard

Meh. For me it's the Murcialago LP-640. As for the Aventador, the early models are honestly the best looking, they had the elegant, yet aggressive style that also gave them a Batmobile vibe...the SVJ is hideous though, despite the performance.
nah, not just the newer, even the OG'S like me, still like the aventador more. but in terms of sounds, I slightly like the Murcie SV more.
I think Lamborghini develops the engine not Audi. Of course with Audi's backing

@Papa Dragon Each to their own, for me the regular Murcielago is good but the SV version is the best looking lambo ever. The black aero parts, sleek but aggresive lines all complimented by those beutifull headlights, side mirrors and air intakes. And if you go at the back I dare say it's the best looking ass of any car, ever. For me the exterior of this car is perfect.

To me, this Murciélago is kinda under the radar, but the aventador is soooooo overrated by everyone and the Murcielago sv looks sooo better IMHO

I don't know if it's just nostalgia, but I personally think Lamborghinis that made before 2011 were the best ones, at least in my opinion.
FastCarsNoRules220 i completely agree. Ive driven a few gallardos, a gallardo superleggera and a new hurcan. The hurcan is a great car dont get me wrong, but there is something more primal with early gallardos that just makes the experience more raw. Havent driven a murci or aventador but i imagine its about the same comparison.

@@r4raced4doom2 Drive an 08 Arancio Borealis Gallardo ... they changed the firing order after 08 models hence the change in tone ... also going from the Murci's V12 to the Aventador"s it's a redesigned engine again with diff firing order . This SV sounds insane ! Lol I like the crackle pops of a Huracán but I agree a 1st gen Gallardo sounds more primal/haunted. I wish this guy downshifted more aggresively ; )

I saw a matte purple Murcielago SV today at a stoplight. I thought I was dreaming, but when the light turned green, the 6.5 litre V12 told me it was real. Then I fainted.

@@SoCalExotics Yeah, i can't wait to try it out again in Forza Horizon 4. I am driving alot in FH3 now but i have 2 versions of it lol. One SV is yellow with a Liberty Walk bodykit and upgraded to the max and it sounds so f*ck*ng awesome and i have a "normal" orange SV.
If i had to choose between the Porsche Carrera GT ( also really beautifull ) or the SV, i would go for the SV.

The only way this could be better is if this had the gated manual
they actually did have the option for a manual, but they are extremely rare since nobody bought them; around 10 or 20 were manual SV's out of the total 174 units sold. (Lamborghini initially wanted to sell 350, but as the arrival of the Aventador was too soon, they weren't able to complete the SV's total production)
