The Thor Geneva 22VT is a great motorhome floor plan and under 25'!!! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Thank you for thorough details …. And … for speaking clearly and slowly so you can be easily understood and I have time to consider what you’re saying. Too often people are bouncing around in the video and rambling. Just found you and appreciate your style!
And NOOOO jazz hands!! And NOOOO 'it's great! It's grand! Everything is butterflies & unicorns!! Just give me an unbiased it is what it is presentation. I REALLY appreciate you giving measurements, not just 'a queen/full sized' because a queen/full is NOT the same for all rigs. I like the north south bed. Even though not a walk around, still decent space to get up w/o making hubs rearrange. For the kitchen, it's very nice. (We could do w north south double burner just for little extra counter space. If the oven weren't an option, I'd look for a micro convection maybe. LOVE the fridge size. Thanks also for the shower measurements! Hubs is 6'4" so that's GREAT! I would like a little 'lip' on the shower shelves (even at home, truthfully) to keep stuff from falling. Also love that it's NOT a wet bath. I just don't like everything getting wet. Great presentation! ~Best to you and safe travels! 🚐☁️☁️
I remember when the Class C was kinda a “starter” or entry level RV for people who can’t quite afford a class A. Now the Class C’s are becoming more expensive than the class A’s. Times sure have changed.
I agree! Sometime the smaller the RV the bigger the MSRP. Take for example the Class B or Camper Vans. Now that is mind blowing! 🤯 Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Hi Mike and Susan I like the Thor one better because it’s spacious and more storage but I also love the Jayco too because of the storage inside and out. Especially the one with three doors to open from. Hope you had a great Easter like I did! Hope you have a great week too! See you next week! Safe travels.
Hi Sherri. We had a great Easter with the family! We liked the traditional floor plan of the Thor Geneva, but that storage in the Granite Ridge was pretty awesome too! Hope you have a great week as well. Thank you as always!
I just want to give a shout out to you guys for always doing measurements for height. I love that uniqueness about your videos. I’m 6’3’ so i have to keep into account height while doing research on these campers.
You're welcome and thank you for your support. We understand the importance of ceiling height in an RV and we love helping people find something that fits their lifestyle. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting.
@@valleygroupwinecountry1086 looks like we skipped measuring the shower in that bathroom. Mike is 5'11" and looks like there is about 5" over his head. Might be able to reach out to the manufacturer or a dealership for a better measurement. Sorry about that!🤦♀
5210 for us . Big windows a plus for us, sofas great! Table excellent, bath excellent everything good. Ford Chassis and 350. It is an open area great for two people! Our choice. Kitchen thumbs up. Seen new prices at $94,900 to $99,900. Excellent our choice
Hey great presentation, thank you for segmenting the videos, I appreciate you not opening every single cabinet but pointing out key things, as well as keeping the name of the RV listed at the bottom for easy reference. One note, on the 5210, I can see that as a great road trip RV because those large couches have three seat belts a piece. It's one we've been looking at but I'm not sure how comfortable the couch beds will be, but attracted to a smaller vehicle without the cramped interior of a class B. Really like that Jayco too. Thanks again well done. Appreciate the measurements too!
Thanks for the kind words! I'm not sure how comfy the couch beds would be either. It would be like sleeping on a lumpy mattress in my opinion. Thanks for watching! Mike
Thank you so much for the kind words! We appreciate your support! 💛💚 The skipping happy guy must be Matt from Matt's RV Reviews. He's a great guy and great friend of ours.
The prices are stupid high when compared to precovid pricing. The first rv was selling for $55k 2019. The cost to biuld rvs did not double, just demand went up during covid and limited supply, which is no longer the case. Now it's jut dealers trying to unload rvs they over paid for. Don't be a sucker, research pricing.
We agree about the cost of RVs. At this point it is price gouging. But with dealership lots full and less demand it should get a bit interesting. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
My cousin and his wife, always travel alone in their 2015 BT Cruiser, and she like to sleep, so, she leaves one sofa down as their bed and it's always made up til sleep time. The other sofa stays up for couch potatoe lounging, eating, or office work. Works out pretty good for them.
That sounds like a great setup. Thank you for sharing that information. And thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
The last one with 4x4, but : Corner NS bed with bathroom next to it, normal BW tank no casette, J shaped dinette, cabover area should be empty and with a big front window and/or skylight. All this will give room for a proper kitchen and storage.
@@RVBlogger Yep, I think there is room in the RV market for more solo oriented RV's with 4x4 clearence aimed at boondocking. All the room and effort put into extra uncomfy smallish births in many RV's are often never used. There are heaps of multi birth RV's but not so many with just one bed. Most fulltimers are alone or max two sharing a bed. Thanks for your channel !
Small is my fav! Hey, thanks for showing some shorter Class C options. I admit I have sticker shock. For road-tripping and adventure vacations these all-in-one units are great, but yeah, save some money and don't plug in at campgrounds - you've got to pay for your home on wheels!
So true! The cost of a motorhome is jagged little pill to swallow. We recommend checking the used RV market. We bought a very nice Class C from Facebook Marketplace. My biggest piece of advice is get it inspected. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Love the Thor Geneva 22VT. It has everything you need and conveniently placed. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Suggestion Gulf Stream, on BT Cruiser 5210 if you could make pull down bunk bed design vs 2 sofas. Replace the one sofa with recliners and flip up trays. Winner
The best RV reviews on the web!!! Thank you. On that Jayco, I assume the driver's seat swivels around to use that as part of the dinette, then there's plenty of room for two eat together!
The bt cruiser is nice, it would be great if the sofas were divided into halves so half of each could be slid to make an east-west bed option as well while the other two halves could stay up as seats
Pretty sure the Jayco is also much narrower as well, so under 23 feet and less narrow making it quite a bit more agile than most class c’s. Also, about as close to a 4 season rig that you can get. It is effectively the same as the Winnebago EKKO, but comes with a lift kit for a bit more ground clearance. Interesting point about the back cargo door…hadn’t thought about that. The LTV Wonder was probably the first to offer that type of storage (even a bit more I think) but it doesn’t have the back door access, so instead they have a sliding tray option. Not quite the same, but might be better some times. The Wonder is just under 25 feet so much longer and wider, and suspect build quality higher than any of these. Still, like the Jayco here more of a B+ format in that no overhead cab bed. Nice overview btw!
Thank you. Liked 1 for small family trip. The 2ndloved the couches but no separate space for couple. Shower tight. Loved the 3rd for single person could live and work. Two people could live and work, since bedroom has door. Bathroom ok. Can only store essentials inside. 37:33
Excellent Video I like the 3rd one. It’s on a AWD ford Chassis, it’s smaller than 23ft and I love the outdoor storage space. I currently have a 23.7ft Thor Gemini 23TW which I do love but it lacks storage space.
So glad you liked the video and floor plan choices. We were so impressed with the storage of the Granite Ridge and 3 entry doors to access it. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!

I would like the last one by jayco. I travel alone but I do have to sit to shower so the wetbath is good and the cassette toilet makes it easier on me. The table would be big enough for me. I would leave the bed like it was first set up and sleep across the top, I’m short, and have the ends to sit on.

Unfortunately storage space is lacking to add a washer/dryer. You typically find them in larger motorhomes. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
You can get a new Geneva 22VT for less than $90k. It is basically the least expensive Class C available. A little research goes a long way. Good informative video. Thank you!
First one look very much like ours. I really do like the floor plan. There is tons of storage. Since there are only 2 of us we can also use the over the cab bed for even more storage. The only thing we don’t have is the oven. It sure would be nice to have an inside oven.
The Thor Geneva 22VT floor plan is a lot like our Class C floor plan! Has everything you need (except the oven) to camp or travel. An oven is a valuable kitchen appliance! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Thanks for reviews. It would be useful to also list the OCCC of each unit. It’s so hard to find that ballpark information for each model. So many tout their storage possibilities but if OCCC is low, the storage is unusable.
We include the GVWR and GCWR unfortunately the manufacturers do not provide the UVW on their website to know where to begin. Might be able to find out from the manufacturer what the UVW is and that will help to find the CCC. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!

I really like the Jayco! Have been dreaming. A couple things that you missed on it, the dinning area table moves in both directions and will rotate. Also in the wet bath there is a small medicine cabinet. Thanks guys for the review, has helped with trying to find what I need and want. Like this one better than the Ekko, which is similar, due to the front dining area.
You're welcome. So happy to be able to help share RV options out there for folks looking to buy or research. Thank you for pointing out those features. Not sure how we missed the medicine cabinet.🤦♀️🤣 The Granite Ridge is great motorhome for as compact as it is. So much storage!!! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. Thor Geneva 22VT - I'd never be able to get off that bed. I'd have to sleep over the cab. What's the weight limit on the bed over the cab? Can the full size bed be removed and a couch installed instead? I'd rather have a small living/tv area. Jayco Granite Ridge 22T - Can an opening be put to enter the outside storage? Like a small cat door so you can put a litter box in the outside storage area?
I have yet to find a weight limit for the over cab bed. And nope the bed can't be removed in exchange for a couch. There are many unintended consequences of moving things around in an RV. Try to remodel one and you will see what I mean. But you can add an exterior door sometimes. You just have to be sure you don't hit anything behind the wall and you also have to be sure the structure will remain viable. But there are companies out there that sell exterior doors for RVs so you can find almost any shape or size you need. Great questions! Mike
There are manufacturers that will allow modifications but it could take a couple extra months (or weeks) to receive your RV. Can also check out the used RV market. Might find what you are looking for there or affordably modify it yourself. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!

That would be the one with a twin bed? We haven't had the pleasure of seeing that one in person, but we have heard good things about the construction of Leisure. Wish the garage had a 3rd rear garage door like the Granite Ridge but love that Leisure Wonder has a dry bath and not a wet bath like the Jayco. I liked the Thor. The other two were too pricey. Theme for them seems to me is that sleeping quarters is the first casualty of the short RVs. Did dig the exhaustive examination of each.
Thank you! Beds and bathrooms usually take the sacrifice for sure. Hoping the MSRP on RVs start coming down a bit faster. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
It’s the 8’5” width that turns me off of most motorhomes. It’s just nuts to think of driving these along old and narrow county roads. Particularly in the South or Eastern U.S.
We have a motorhome this size and have driven it all through the North East from Maine to Maryland without problems. It helps if you use an RV safe GPS like RV Trip Wizard from RV Life. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
I drive (and fix) the public transit buses in Boston. They’re 8’6” wide and 40 feet long. We make it down the tight streets here. Just go slow and keep checking your mirrors. Hoping to buy an RV when I can retire 😊
I'd want to purchase a Class C RV for a 2-person setup so I almost liked #2 the best in that sense but.... the sleeping space didn't look particularly comfortable. So I think I'd ultimately pick #1 of the 3.
You're not wrong. The lack of an upper cab bunk used to be an indicator of a Class B+ vs Class C RV. Recently we've noticed the definition is a bit blurred and reflects more on the chassis. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
He was standing in the Gulf Stream BT Cruiser during the open of the video. That was the second RV in the video lineup.Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
There hasn't been a lot of positive feedback from TH-camrs-or from many others, for that matter-regarding Thor RVs. While not every Thor motorhome may have poor build quality, their 'affordability' should prompt caution. First impressions and attractive floorplans can be misleading. Based on our own research, I would strongly advise you to delve deeper into the structural integrity and underlying quality of these RVs. Investigate the "bones" of the RV thoroughly to avoid acquiring what could become a financial burden. Exercise due diligence to ensure your purchase decision is well-informed. Look beyond these floorplans!
It is very important for buyers to be well informed about the quality construction of an item with such a high price tag. Like buying a house or a car, you have to do research on customer and manufacturer reviews before making a sale. Many RV manufacturers have been lacking in construction and customer service over the last few years. Their attempt to keep up with customer demand (and greed) has hurt reputations. Our channel has always been dedicated to bringing floor plan options and features to our viewers. There are a lot of great channels out there that will uncover fraud, deception and poor manufacturer concerns and we are grateful they are out there doing this. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
The Thor Geneva 22VT is a great traditional style floor plan. Love that it's under 25'! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Not being mean, but I would love to see more view of the RV, and a slow full.pan of the entire floor plan from inside. The reviews put the camera on the person talking instead of the RV. SHOW MORE RV, less of the people. Thx❤
We've been wondering about why the manufacturers have not decided to put in the shower area the shelving for your soap and shampoo something that has a little lip on it so that it won't keep falling or you don't have to take it completely out and put it in the medicine cabinet or whatever. I've seen corner shower caddies on a vertical spring rod When shopping for dorm room essentials when my daughter was in college years back. A little ridge or lip that is about an inch and a half and could make a difference in convenience as well. Just my thoughts so you don't have to keep taking wet items out of the shower or you don't have to always pick them up each time you get in the shower because they fallen.
We agree! Susan had me install a soad dispenser for our liquid soap shampoo and conditioner and a shelf to hold razors shaving cream etc. Why can't this just be built into the shower? Probably because the manufacturers don't want to have to spend a dime more than necessary. Thanks for watching! Mike
On the first Chevy model, how high up is it to get into the driver door? I drive a Chevy express 15 passenger van, and I find it very difficult to get in and out. Can it hold a lift in the rear end for a power chair lift?
I didn't measure the height from the ground to the bottom of the driver door so I'm not sure how tall it is. I don't even know where you could find that spec. With a hitch weight of 7,000 lbs or more I'm sure these could handle your power lift chair. Thanks for watching! Mike

@@RVBlogger Most reviewers mention the A/C manufacturer/model, since some are more efficient than others and certainly are quieter than others. I don't think I like the coach A/C being right over the beds. Also, there is no mention of 3 or 4 season usability and insulation level. Otherwise, a good design. And love the fact that you actually measure things.

Hi Logan, It depends where you live and what you will be doing with your RV. We had Geico and now Nationwide for our Class C RV and the prices form both are about the same at $500 a year. However, if you plan to rent out your RV none of the traditional insurance companies will insure your rig. If you plan to rent it out I would recommend Roamly and you can get a free quote from them at goto.rvblogger.com/Roamly. If you live in MD, VA, DE, DC, NY or PA you could call my son-in-law and he can insure your cars, house, and your RV. Let me know if you want his info and I'll pass that along privately. Thanks and all the best! Mike
Thank you so much! We appreciate your support. We have seem dual recliner/theater seating in Class C and B+ motorhomes but not independent separate recliners. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
@@RVBlogger thanks for the quick response and letting me know it is an option. Do you have one you could let me know about (don’t need separate recliners, one or the small sofa type is fine). Doesn’t matter the size of the RV I just haven’t seen a non slide with recliner/sofa. Thanks again!
@@Humble-Engine I don't seem to see anything in our inventory that fit that criteria. I think it might be difficult to find recliners or theater seating in a motorhome without slide outs. But that's not to say a manufacturer couldn't swap out a sofa for theater seating, as long the recliner part can work comfortably in a smaller living space. I'll keep a lookout though.
@@RVBlogger You are awesome thank you for confirming that as I have looked high and low with nothing. With all of your knowledge and insight I trust your opinion on this and hope that with some inquiry on this, it will spark a manufacture to start a new model trend. Removal of the dinette was such a big deal or at least reimagined the dinette area was a huge. Reclining inside on a rainy day a good medicine. Thanks for your time.
@@Humble-Engine not quite the awesome reclining theatre seats we had in our Thor 24RW but the Jayco Melbourne Prestige 24NP/Entegra Qwest 24N fit the no slides bill for us and it has an L shaped sofa in the back that we like to lounge on. We have a storage ottoman for a foot and leg rest and can curl up on the corner of the sofa quite comfortably with a couple of pillows. We love not having slides. Good luck in your search.
The MSRP on these motorhomes are still a bit too high. I'd be curious of the actual sales price. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
People have a love/hate relationship with slide outs. We are one of those people. LOL! They offer great living space in any type of RV but they have a tendency to break and also require routine maintenance. So to many, slide outs aren't worth the trouble. The Granite Ridge is a very cool floor plan. Great for off-road adventures with comfort! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
just shooting in the wind here but have you ever done a video that deals with maintenance with slide outs over the years or is it an accepted liability for more space?
Are you familiar with Josh the RV nerd? He has done several like that, explaining the pros and cons of each slide type. Keep in mind there’s a LOT of people who want no slides at all, just because they break and are not cheap to repair. 😊
@@jellybryce7742 - I’m sure Josh isn’t the only one, a TH-cam search will show a bunch I’m sure! There’s also an RV inspection channel that covers this too.
We haven't made a video about that content. I do believe it has become an accepted liability for more space. Some slide outs are better than others and some are doomed because the slide out is truly too big for the motor. Schwintek being the worst for that! Josh is definitely able to provide more information and a better understanding of slide out problems being at a dealership and seeing these issues from the maintenance perspective. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
The first motorhome was a Thor Geneva 22VT. The MSRP is located at the beginning of the video in the full screen graphics. That is not the sales price. You would have to negotiate that with a dealership. You might have to google this model for sale in your area to see where you can find one locally. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Sort of...and with the Ekko selling so well there will be more imitators too. And that type of floor plan will get better and better with the competition. Thanks for watching and commenting! Mike
The showers in RVs are raised in order to accommodate the plumbing under the floor. That's why they install a skylight in the shower to try and give more head room. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
I do wish you would measure the shower pan size. Odd request I know, but I just attended an RV show trying to narrow down my choices and 80% of the showers were scary small. Most class B’s were scary short, and only a few trailers had showers where a grown person could turn around. 👍🏼🥰😎 Oh, that last one was my favorite! BTW • That front seat swivels to face the dining table. (I’m sure you know that too, LOL!)
We understand the concern for shower size. Smaller RV showers suffer from shrinkflation🤣 to make everything fit! I'd rather lose the sink (I know that's dangerous territory for some) and have a dry bath or larger shower. Thanks Erin!
Classic corner bed floorplan on the 22VT is impossible to beat. those transit chassis B type rigs are ridiculously overpriced and wet baths are crap. Sure would LOVE for someone to make a super-B style front without the huge over-cab bunk with that traditional corner-bed floorplan. IMO that would make for the perfect couple's MH.
They do make what used to be considered B+ style motorhomes but manufacturers are also referring to them as Class Cs these days. They do make great motorhomes for couples. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Mike is 5'11". Hope that gives you some kind of reference to size and height. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
In our opinion, and we have owned both, Class C RVs are easier to drive, get gas at the gas station, set up at your campsite, break down when you are done camping, better storage, built in generator (sometimes), and you can jump in the driver's seat and drive away in a bad situation without going outside. And most can tow a 2 door Jeep Wrangler behind them. I hope this answer helps, Mike
The Thor Geneva 22VT has that classic Class C floor plan that just works! It has everything you need in a motorhome under 25' and still not need slide outs! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
The 22T is, of course, an Ekko rip-off and the Ekkos also have the rear storage area door so that was hardly a Jayco innovation. There are some key differences between this and the Ekko 22A, most I like but one I hate. I actually prefer the larger combined wet bath being a bigger guy. I will gladly sacrifice a wet toilet after a shower to have more room than the swinging partition that is in the Ekko. The Jayco also has a vent fan in the bathroom and a window while the Ekko only has a window (that is blocked off in shower mode). The Ekko does give you a real bathroom sink but I don't consider that a big deal. The Jayco looks like it has the same fridge as the Ekko but they mount it lower. Also, the Jayco kitchen is more like the Sprinter Ekko with a larger round sink and a portable induction cooktop rather than propane, which I prefer and you also get a convection oven, which the current Transit Ekko lacks. The Jayco gives you more of a dinette but that is also the problem. There is no seatbelted position for a passenger or, if there is a seatbelt hidden behind that dinette, it is not a proper seatbelted seat. That would be a dealbreaker for me. But for a solo traveler or a couple who will never carry a third person, this shouldn't be an issue.
Agree! Very cheap in my opinion. Luckily they can be installed after purchase. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
If I had to choose, the Thor with the Gulf Stream outer paint. The Jayco, I'm sorry but at that price for very little, very disappointed. Thank y'all & safe travels !!
@@geod3589 I don’t think “plummeting” means what you think it means. Has it lost value? Sure. But if you think these things were affordable 5 years ago, I would have to disagree.
Yes. Covid (shutdown and supply chain demand) and the increased interest in camping has caused the cost of RVs to increase greatly. Sadly they will never return to "normal". Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
I don't like the gulfstream, a third of the above cab space is totally wasted with a television, those couches look horribly uncomfortable as beds, the counter top space is inefficient, and the bathroom door would be hitting your knees. Back to the design app with that one.
We didn't really like the positioning of the bed. Felt like the jack knife sofas should have come completely together. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
The propane in an RV is used for the water heater, furnace, stove top and sometime the refrigerator. In many ways the propane is a more efficient fuel source (versus electric) meaning your water and heater will warm faster. The RV industry is a little slower to evolve than most others like the automotive industry, so I don't know if they will ever complete convert to all electric. And not sure whether they feel it would be cost effective to fully convert. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
@@RVBlogger thanks for in depth reply! I love your content and just found it. I've been seeing diesel electric technology popping up for heavier vehicles, and do you think it'd be good for RVs?
@@rt_goblin_hours Something along the lines of a hybrid RV? That's not really something we have looked into to be able to confidently give you an answer. I personally would love to see technology that makes motorhomes more fuel efficient but the MSRP on these are already pretty high. I'd be curious how this would affect consumer cost. What an odd layout in the BT Cruiser.. that gap in the middle of the 2 beds is just poorly designed... it wouldn't have taken much to ensure the beds meet in the middle snuggly. Laziness!

Amen🎉 I'm 6'1 and want taller height in my RV
Did you measure the last RV - I did not see that and wondered it looks like 6 ft 2" so not sure big enough for my 6'3" hubby
@@valleygroupwinecountry1086 looks like we skipped measuring the shower in that bathroom. Mike is 5'11" and looks like there is about 5" over his head. Might be able to reach out to the manufacturer or a dealership for a better measurement. Sorry about that!🤦♀

Jayco the last 1 with twin beds. Huge storage & comfortable inside for 2 people.
That one is getting lots of votes!
The Thor Geneva is the absolute best of the three you showed. Thanks for sharing these.
Glad you like it!!!

5210 for us . Big windows a plus for us, sofas great! Table excellent, bath excellent everything good. Ford Chassis and 350. It is an open area great for two people! Our choice. Kitchen thumbs up. Seen new prices at $94,900 to $99,900. Excellent our choice
Love the floor plan of the BT Cruiser 5210. Gulf Stream did a great job! Glad you liked it! Thanks for sharing your opinion.

I'd buy a used one. Not paying those crazy prices. Let someone else pay for the new RV smell.. 😕 The contract you sign off on a new RV is just crazy.
@@pjt3887 Right! Get one a couple years old and skip the depreciation years. Make sure to get it inspected.

My cousin and his wife, always travel alone in their 2015 BT Cruiser, and she like to sleep, so, she leaves one sofa down as their bed and it's always made up til sleep time. The other sofa stays up for couch potatoe lounging, eating, or office work. Works out pretty good for them.

The last one with 4x4, but : Corner NS bed with bathroom next to it, normal BW tank no casette, J shaped dinette, cabover area should be empty and with a big front window and/or skylight. All this will give room for a proper kitchen and storage.
That sounds like an awesome remod of the Jayco Granite Ridge. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
@@Itsallwrongbutthatsallright there is definitely an increase in solo and couples RVers. I'm curious to see the future trend of RV floor plans.

The best RV reviews on the web!!! Thank you. On that Jayco, I assume the driver's seat swivels around to use that as part of the dinette, then there's plenty of room for two eat together!
Wow, thanks! Glad you like our RV tours!
Yup the drivers seat can swivel around. Good catch!
Thanks for watching and for the kind words.

The bt cruiser is nice, it would be great if the sofas were divided into halves so half of each could be slid to make an east-west bed option as well while the other two halves could stay up as seats
That's a great idea!
Thanks for watching!
Mike
All great points Gordon! Thanks for watching and commenting! Glad you liked the review!
Mike
Thank you. Liked 1 for small family trip. The 2ndloved the couches but no separate space for couple. Shower tight. Loved the 3rd for single person could live and work. Two people could live and work, since bedroom has door. Bathroom ok. Can only store essentials inside. 37:33
Thanks for sharing you thoughts on all three of these RVs!!!

Excellent Video I like the 3rd one. It’s on a AWD ford Chassis, it’s smaller than 23ft and I love the outdoor storage space. I currently have a 23.7ft Thor Gemini 23TW which I do love but it lacks storage space.

I would like the last one by jayco. I travel alone but I do have to sit to shower so the wetbath is good and the cassette toilet makes it easier on me. The table would be big enough for me. I would leave the bed like it was first set up and sleep across the top, I’m short, and have the ends to sit on.

Mike
Can you get it without the oven and 2 burner stovetop and also a sofa in place of the the dinette ?

That would be the one with a twin bed? We haven't had the pleasure of seeing that one in person, but we have heard good things about the construction of Leisure. It’s the 8’5” width that turns me off of most motorhomes. It’s just nuts to think of driving these along old and narrow county roads. Particularly in the South or Eastern U.S.

Back 20 yrs ago when the BT cruiser came out it had the same couch layout and was considered a class B.

I love the Jayco. But that price!!! That’s more than I paid for my house!
The prices are crazy! We show MSRP which you should never pay. Always negotiate or buy used!

Hi Logan,
It depends where you live and what you will be doing with your RV.

@@Humble-Engine I don't seem to see anything in our inventory that fit that criteria. I think it might be difficult to find recliners or theater seating in a motorhome without slide outs. @@RVBlogger You are awesome thank you for confirming that as I have looked high and low with nothing.
I was loving the Jayco until the wetbath . wonk waw .lol
Agree! Not a fan of wet baths either! Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Hello, i realy like camper nr.1. Where is it for sale, and the price?
The first motorhome was a Thor Geneva 22VT. The MSRP is located at the beginning of the video in the full screen graphics. That is not the sales price. You would have to negotiate that with a dealership. You might have to google this model for sale in your area to see where you can find one locally. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
The Jayco mimicks the Ekko
Sort of...and with the Ekko selling so well there will be more imitators too. And that type of floor plan will get better and better with the competition.

Why are the showers a step-ups and not just a small step up of 2inches or less ???
Do you mind if I ask your height? I’m 6’6 so could use the reference. Thank you 🙏🏼
i think hes 511
Mike is 5'11". Hope that gives you some kind of reference to size and height. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Nice campers
Not too bad for under 25' and no slide outs! Thanks Kim!
Been looking at class c today and am torn between it and a travel trailer. Why should I purchase a class c?
You can jump into your seat and drive of asap if you are in an uncomfortable situation, thats why some folks prefer them over trailers
I hope this answer helps,
Mike
The Thor is the superior of the three products
Thanks for sharing your opinion since you own an Ecko! You made some really great points.
Thanks!
Mike
That’s a bit strange they’d put roof vents in without fans.
Thank you Darryl! I definitely agree with you. The Granite Ridge is a cool floor plan with great storage but that MSRP is 🤯!
Man these things have gotten wildly expensive!
At the same time quality is at new lows.
The value of the dollar has plummeted over the years.
@@geod3589 I don’t think “plummeting” means what you think it means. Has it lost value? Sure. But if you think these things were affordable 5 years ago, I would have to disagree.
Stupid expensive with shoddy workmanship
Yes. Covid (shutdown and supply chain demand) and the increased interest in camping has caused the cost of RVs to increase greatly. Sadly they will never return to "normal". Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Dinner table space to big huge wasted space that area needs be redesigned for more practical usage
Hi Tony,
Which rig are you referring to?
Thanks for watching!
Mike
I don't like the gulfstream, a third of the above cab space is totally wasted with a television, those couches look horribly uncomfortable as beds, the counter top space is inefficient, and the bathroom door would be hitting your knees. Back to the design app with that one.
We have to agree with you. Was not a fan of the floor plan but was impressed with the size at under 23' and appreciated the dry bath. Thanks Gigi!
I liked the 1st one, but I think you didn't care for #2 very much.
We didn't really like the positioning of the bed. Felt like the jack knife sofas should have come completely together. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Why do rvs do propane instead of electric?
Definitely interested in this topic!
What an odd layout in the BT Cruiser.. that gap in the middle of the 2 beds is just poorly designed... it wouldn't have taken much to ensure the beds meet in the middle snuggly. Laziness!
I agree with you about the bed layout. Should've been complete and a bit more stability in the middle. Thanks Pesto!
I need a queen bed
We all need our space!

I'd love to buy one but I can't see paying all that money its so over priced
The prices we show are MSRP and you should never ever pay that. Always negotiate or buy used and save some money.

Why no sliders? Why not with sliders?
We have RV tours on just about every category you can think of including motorhomes with slide outs. This particular video is for the audience that is looking for a motorhome without slide outs. Not everyone likes the hassle and maintenance of slides. Thank you for watching our RV tour video and commenting. We appreciate your support!
Sliders are problematic every owner finds this out the hard way. Really sucks to be stranded for 4 weeks waiting on service because your slider is stuck. Happens alot I'm not looking for problems. 😂
