My late wife and I loved this song. Whenever I hear it, I think about all those wonderful days we spent listening to it. Earl Klugh and George Benson, what an amazing duo that our Heavenly Father has allowed us to enjoy. All PRAISES TO THE MOST HIGH, AHAYAH. ❤😊
George Benson and Earl Klugh have always been among my most favored Guitarists and Jazz Guitarists. I've witness their duet concert when they were in Philadelphia, PA, USA, at the Academy of Music, among the greatest acoustically balanced concert halls and among the greatest places to hear beautiful music. I've attended numerous Earl Klugh and George Benson concerts. Jimmy Bruno, Wes Montgomery, Jimmy Rainey, Herb Ellis, Tal Farlow, Barney Kessel, Johnny Smith are among my favorites.
Rarely do you have such talent playing together , Benson was a double threat great vocalist who is a great guitar player .! Earl klugh is just perfect letting George do his thing ..true professionals all class ..not heard from todays artist .
Both players Earl Klugh and George Benson has a unique style of their own. The lifetime achievement award is long overdue for them. Both players are Amazing!!! In playing the guitar. Thanks for posting.
Here in NYC at the epicenter of this COVID-19 Pandemic, I came across this beautiful rendition of Living Inside Your Love, and I am so blown away!!!!! Throughout all the pain, suffering and loss this World is faced with, I have the Biggest smile on my face.😊 This eases my heart and warms my fears.. Thank you for such SOUL LIFTING SOUNDS 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
A little too dramatic there bud. It was all a lie, and it was just a virus. All that fell for it should feel like fools because it's your fault we are now on the verge of being "Biden's China"...SMH
Thank you. I rarely comment on the various social network but I'm a guitar player and songwriter - I know how beautiful and powerful music can be when understood, studied and then played from your heart. I can't stand the game of the big recording companies, distorting a powerful art into pure show biz. I hope to release my self-produced album in a year or so and it'll be a tentative to produce and preserve music and lyrics, that's my little personal "war".
Benson was in my Top 5 for a long, long time. He's now Top 10 and I don't foresee him ever leaving there. The others? Terry Kath, Larry Carlton, Peter Frampton, Lindsey Buckingham, Gary Moore, Steve Lukather, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, John Petrucci.
Beautiful duets of high accomplishments, Mr. Klugh, Mr. Benson, respective great musicians, God bless them to continue the wonderful music for the ears, and thank God for Guitars, my father plays guitar and it will always be etched in my heart and soul ....
About 12 yrs ago at a benson concert at chastain park, earl klugh was his guest for a few Songs! Just fantastic! Have been a fan since late 70's & love them both!
I’m just in Love with this song/George Benson , and Earl Klugh I don’t care how old this Video is it better and better every time I listen to it ❤❤❤ 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thumbs up...voted for all comments...great music..saw Benson live,B/mingham NEC...brought the house down...it was like someone put one of his cd s on...London Philharmonic backing....unforgettable night!
Your both are terrific! in this piece.George' vocal in this song was dynamtic! Live in Japan made it more real. Thanx for playing this tune it remind back in the day.
"cminor7add9th, Thanks for taking the time to share this video clip! It brins back memories of one of the most wonderful, uplifting concerts I've attended. It reminds me of the concert I attended in which George and Earl performed at the Academy of Music together, with an orchestra to back them up on some tunes. That occured before I met my wife who has never seen them live. I intend to offer these George and Earl video clips for my wife and children to enjoy. What great music!
In one of the weeks, i had a terrible swelling gums. So i said to myself... better listen to this great tune (Earl & George)... and there it is,.. found it so easy on myself, ease the pain somehow..
The highest compliment I can offer an artist is that they are worth the price of admission.... BLINDFOLDED! The ability to see them is a plus yet "hearing" pure artistry in person and having it move me is a gift. Blessed enough to have caught both of these brothers doing damage on stage in my time here. Tis evidence that I have done something right as they are bucket list artists. Long live the gift that is soul stirring music.
WOW! Thanks for the post. Two of the best ever. Smooth, tasteful and perfectly executed. Went to see George Benson in Cincy, late eighties. One of the best concerts from a wonderful musician.
1st time i saw GB was in 1972 during the CTI/Kudu years. He burnt the stage down almost...killer bebop guitar. Best since Pat Martino & Wes Montgomery. Saw Earl Klugh in 1982...what a nice guy. Most kids today don't have the attention span to appreciate this type of improvisation but i can't get enough of it.
Brainboru, I echo your sentiments. When I want to hear good music I always look backward. This video reminds of a period when music literally enhanced my mood and outlook on life in general. I cringe when I read of the overcompensation of today's "musicians" compared to musicians of the past.
Luv George Benson, he's so soulful....I remember anxiously awaiting the moment to see George at a summer Jazz Fest and the other George Benson came up. Man!!! cant tell you how disappointed I was.
Can ya'll imagine Earl Klugh, George Benson and Jonathon Butler performing on stage together. OMG!!!! I believe that stage would explode! Talk about a DREAM performance!!
That is the best reply ive ever had completley thought provoking, very thoughtful and considered response.I commend you for wisdom beyond your years. In fact im very impressed thanks for such an insightful and measured response

A little too dramatic there bud. It was all a lie, and it was just a virus. All that fell for it should feel like fools because it's your fault we are now on the verge of being "Biden's China"...SMH
If only more of us accepted this level of musicianship as the standard of excellence in black music we'd be in a better place in America.
