Join us as we head northwest in the town of Isabel, the industrial capital of Leyte. Isabel is located in the northwestern part of Leyte Province. It is surrounded by Palompon on the north and the west; Ormoc Bay and Merida on the south; and Ormoc City and Merida on the east.
