Wow, thank you so much for sharing this. I am making a HEC-RAS model on GeoHECRAS and this fitted well.

I can't get this to work right. The website has changed a little and I'm unable to see where the flood zones are but the map pulls up. It's just missing the flood zone data, and I tried this on an area I KNOW that floods and yet nothing appears. WTF? What the FEMA is going on here?

The flood zone isn't accurate down to the feet in which the water can get higher. The county director thinks our property isn't in the flood zone because the blue isn't on top of it. We are with in a (few feet) of the blue. The water in circles the home, Is this a glitch ? This makes a mistake in being more accurate as to what's in the flood zone.

Hello Victor, thank you for your question. I'm not sure if it's a glitch or not, however, If you really wanted to make sure, I would strongly suggest for you to do a flood search on your home. Hope this helps.

If you’re near by flood zone, then I would prefer to have a flood insurance.

@@Hypothology You can't get insurance for a house in a flood zone lol Insurance company won't do that.
