  • HELLO ALL, My name is Anne but it's pronounced like (Annie) . Who says you can't eat fried rice and still stay in a caloric deficit ? Im going to share with you my kimchi fried rice recipe that's super simple to make! ... I am new to posting on TH-cam so I am open to any suggestions .     Here is the Free Recipe:
    4 Cups of Cooked Rice ( Day old rice works best)
    3/4 C Kimchi with juices
    2 Tsp Sesame Oil
    12-13 Oz of cooked Shredded Chicken
    1/4 C peas
    1/2 C Chopped Carrots
    2.5 Oz of Onion ( Approx half an onion)
    2 Minced Garlic Cloves
    2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce ( Add more to your liking )
    1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce ( Optional)
    1 Tsp of Onion Salt
    1 Tsp Garlic salt
    1 Tsp Black pepper
    1/2 Tsp Red Chili Flakes or Powder
    1/2 Tsp Japanese seven spice (Optional)
    Garnish:
    Chopped Scallions for garnish
    Runny Eggs to top off your rice
    Seaweed Seasoning ( Optional)
    sriracha (Optional)
    Approx 36 Grams of protein per servings if you divide it into 4 servings.
