I am suffering from hemiparesis on left side . My left foot smaller than other and can't hold shoe in left foot properly . So which pad I use in shoe to tightly hold. I like to wear pointed shoes with heel

There is good difference between my foot size .... I always find my left shoe tighter than right one...(usually people have their right foot little longer than left one). What's the solution for this one.. any help will be much appreciated 🙏
Sabke foots ki size ek badi and ek chhoti hoti he ...ha kisika left size badi hoti he kisiki right mostoflly right size badi hoti he it is vary person to person...meri bhi...but you should go with the bigger size of your foots...means if your right size is 5 n left is smaller than consider bigger size ...
