How great is he gonna be as a MLB player??? Of all the great MLB players of all time, who can he be close to? I think Lars can be a Jacoby-Ellsbury type of player. What do you think?? I want honest opinions from Americans. Thank you.
He’s still early in his career. He has a bright future. He’s also really exciting to watch. He kinda reminds me of Kolten Wong back when he was with the Cardinals. Another Cardinal great to compare Lars to is Bo Hart or Ozzie Smith, actual Cardinals legend and Hall of Famer. Or Matt Reynolds (but he never played for us)

Japenese roots or not he is was born in the USA and to me shame on Japan allowing him to fill the position of a player who is from Japan and born and raised there. It is not fair to allow athletes who were not born on the soil of their country to play in my opinion. If you were born in the United States, he played for the United States. If you were born in another you country you play for your home country. I believe this is only fair, because there are many great athletes out there that deserve the chance for their home country.
