this method might not work in first try as the cache gets cleared auttomatically. just extract it two locations, use one navifirm and after first use , just copy the cache from the unused to the used one. OR you can try extracting navifirm several times!!

go to download in browser extract the files again to another destination then open copy and paste the "cache" into the desination of installation the first time round and close the program and re open
My cache folder seems to be empty and I also get an error message when I open the program.. do you have for lumia 920

Working 101% in windows 8 first did not worked after disabling cache in the internet explorer * settings * internet options* then in general the tab browsing history*settings* then in website data settings click cache and data settings and then disable or uncheck "allow website cache and database " and then it worked thanks Thomas

I get the same error when I access the NaviFirm buddy and the Cache folder, initially is full of files but when I run the Navi Firm and get the error, the Cache folder automatically gets empty.

Hey itz showing error for me.can u plz send me the files of nokia n9 details are :
Open NaviFirm > Select the Nokia N9 from the list on the far left > Select 30.2012.7.1 from the second list > Search for your version of the Nokia N9 in the last list (look under the SIM tray for the 7 character identifier, type in that identifier in the last list to find the version of your device) and select it.
Step 7: Once selected, click Unmark all at the top, then look through that list and only check the one that starts with DFL61 and has the word LEGACY in it.

Help Thomesss. Before I run the program NaviFirmPlus, there were files in the Cache folder. But as I run the program, it shows error. After I check the cache folder again, the files inside the cache all gone! What can be the problem

Thanks thomesss. Eventually I got it to work! I just select and copy the cache folder. When the program run again, it shows error. But immediately before closing the program, I past the cache folder and over writing it. Bingo!
Finally I managed to refurnish the Nokia firmware and get rid of the spanish keyboard to the English kb. Thanks.

The old cache for NaviFirm+ v1.7 doesn't contain the latest firmwares... its database is frozen to 1 year ago...
To download the latest firmwares, you should get the latest NaviFirm+ v3.0 from the official website:

dude, the new navifirm is not cached. If you download the new navifirm , it wont even show the phones list. Thats why i created this video.
The new navifirm+ is cached too, but the browsing feature is available for donors only... and it contains all the firmwares, including the newest ones and the newest devices too, like the Lumia Series and the Asha Series.
The v1.7 cache contains only old firmwares...
Marco Bellino : but the free version is not cached. I dont want to try 3$ to test. I own an android.
The free version is not cached... but you can still use it to download any latest firmware for any newest device, you just need to insert the product code...
For instance, using the cached NaviFirm+ v1.7 you can't download any firmwares for Lumia 1520, because those devices are not present in the cache... but you can download it using the free version of NaviFirm+ v3.0
- launch NaviFirm+ v3.0
- press cancel when you're prompted for username/password)
- insert the product code: 059T5Z1
- and download the latest firmware for free ;)
