Soursop leaves tea can be very beneficial to bibi. You already have a tree in your compound. Give it a shot. Make sure you check with the MD. BP may bottom out especially if also taking anti-hypertensives. Also get her a walker to assist in moving around easily. But all in all , what a great grandson she’s got

Iv, doesn’t make people dry. Bebe, needs to drink / push fluid on her. She needs to eat nutrition food ( fruits juice, soup, chicken meat, vegetables, etc… )
I agree with soursop leaves tea to reduce blood pressure. I live in England as a Jamaican, so soursop leaves or the fruit itself will help. I myself suffer with high blood pressure, so I love mangoes and would be ashamed not to eat mangoes again. So soursop leave tea can save BIBI. I hope you can do the right things. Bless up. What is bitter for the belly is good also. Do your research on TH-cam it will ease everybody mind.
