As soon as the whole Blitzchung affair happened, I immediately uninstalled any Blizzard software and asked for a refund to my Reforged pre-order. I’m glad I made that choice, especially in light of the botched release.

Fellow quitter here. I made it past Blitzchung but WC3R killed me. I just can't support them anymore with what they've done. So I unsubbed wow, refunded reforged, and uninstalled all of it except D3. I'm still clinging a little because it's not costing me any extra money. Unsure what to do.

I actually love single player story campaigns so I actually preferred Blizzard before they released WoW. I just wanted more Diablo, Warcraft, and StarCraft! Sadly they changed and it started focusing on multiplayer endeavors and sold their soul to become Activision Blizzard
The major turning point according to this video is apparently the Blitzchung incident and not the steadily declining quality of Blizzard games and business practices years before. And he calls Diablo 3 and Overwatch "excellent" and doesn't see why people were angry about Diablo Immortal besides it being a mobile game.
This video just sounds like a shill riding the hate train of recent blunders.

CD Project Red have some of the lowest wages in the country as well worse working condition according to all their staff member. Even their CEO admitted it.

Your statement of low wages is bullshit as their wages in their country is solid. Even compared to IT sector wages they are above the average of about $103,000 per year while the average wage in the IT sector is $25,750 in Poland. Even then IT sector jobs are some of the most lucrative jobs. So CDPR employees are paid VERY well compared to everyone else in the country. So while Blizzard might pay more they have to pay maybe 10x what CDPR have to pay for the same things in living costs.

I've never been a world of warcraft player and I'm glad I didn't choose that path since even back when it was super popular, one side of me just told me that it isn't that good and I'm still confident in saying that especially nowadays when there are so many amazing games coming out and being made.

I'm a bit late to this video. But my main problem with Blizzard is how they handle micro transactions in addition to the soulless feeling the company gives us, the fans.
For hearthstone having microtransactions is the smallest out of the big deals, because it is a cardgame. Other cardgames irl work the same way. The main difference with a irl card game is: You buy the cards, you keep the cards... as they are printed. In hearthstone the developers can say, Dr. Boom is too overpowered. We should nerf him. And the card I spent my money on, changed to a useless pile of pixels. That doesn't feel good.
For Heroes of the Storm the micro transactions are fine... before they tried to resell it as Heroes of the Storm 2.0. All that did change were how the new interfaces looked, you couldn't seen how much a skin was really worth if you wanted to have a certain skin. Instead of a real life currency, they added a new currency as an inbetween so we as fans wouldn't be able to tell how much we spent on skins or new heroes. And they added the same lootboxes from Overwatch..
Overwatch is a great game. Great gameplay and I had a lot of fun in there. But the lootboxes are just very fan unfriendly. First of all, we as costumors are not able to buy exactly what we want. It feels like buying a lotery ticket, with the "oh you haven't had a legendary in a while, guess what, I'll make you feel good now". Sure it is for free if you play the game a few times a day and that is fine with me. I have a problem with not being able to choose what I want for the money I spent. It's a bad practice on someone who has problems with gambling.
Children often don't have the disapline with spending money. They want something, they buy it. If they buy something with a change to get what they want. They spent more then it is actually worth.
It's also setting children up to start gambling later in their lives. But that is more of an opinion than a fact. These things together made me quit playing any blizzard games. That company lost me completely. And to be honest I'm feeling bad for the blizzard employees. They worked at a great company with so much potential. I just feel like Activision *u*ked them with hands tied behind their backs with these microtransaction options.
Long story short, I don't play games with lootboxes or "surprice mechanics" you can buy, or any blizzard or activision game at all. I'm not supporting obviously bad development decisions anymore.
I am 100% sure you said untapped potential on purpose, cause of that hearthstone's card. DO NOT DENY IT

aaah and i remembered the Blizzard DOTA snafu back then when MOBA boom started, Blizzard failed to get ownership of the brand DOTA (thus the reason DOTA 2 went with Volvo instead) and since Dota 1 map can be played in WC3 Reforged i think Blizz is trying to snag the DOTA name again even though now Volvo owned it

Not gonna lie, WoW is what made me stop paying attention to blizzard games, not that I really care about that but the problem with WoW was that they alienated a good chunk of their player base.
Personally I consider that the start of WoW was the start of blizzards downfall since after that they payed little attention to their other IP's or creating new games.
