@@zerozone5848 the problem is that it won't be popular and most likely will die after a couple of months. The author of the mod himself should own and advertise the server, this is the only way. It should be easy to access with no need to search for IP address. Maybe a button in the main menu that directly connects you to the server will be enough, but it should only work when no other mods are installed. This way it should work fine, but what really matters is the content which the server will offer. And how to make playing on the server enjoyable in the long term, I don't know.
Awesome mod, I just wish it worked well with the rag roll effect from the Physics mod so I can leave a trail of dismembered bodies in my wake instead of them disappearing.
personally, I checked out this mod in beta. and he just became gorgeous. the new animation is just great. the first-person view has improved. the fights have become more epic. cool scheme with tahi. bullshit like a line after a blow. in short, the mod has become super even now. and I'm really looking forward to 1.20 because there is someone more powerful there

Finally after the the Epic Fight mod updated. The crash issue is finally fixed while using the slam ability with greatsword. So thank you Epic Fight team for making the mod more comfortable to play.

Update and weapon designs are amazing but will you by any chance increase weapon compatibility with other mods in the future like tinkers construct? Or at least make it easier to add weapons to the compatibility like a gui or something.
Would be sick if you were to add more shielding options. So if you were to play with friends you could designate the tank, warrior and even magician with other mods. I like the new skills like revelations which gives more reasons to parry. Or meteor slam (could add a war hammer where skills like those do more damage or smth) Could be a fun side part of the mod where you'd have armor that gives attributes for certain weapons like with daggers youd be less visible where youd have to be within a certain range of the mod to be seen. Or those could be specific skills also.
it would be so sick if someone made an add-on that adds the weapons and skills of all the classes from Final Fantasy 14, so you could have a real party to fight bosses with

I REALLY love this mod, but feel like the animation are getting a bit out of hand Maybe try an approach like Better Combat with their Minecraft Dungeons estethic? Feel like a mashup between those 2 mod would be incredible, the estethic from Better Combat and all the awesome mechanic of Epic Fight Also some texture could be improved, feel like they don't really look good

Wow, this mod is really cool and the attack animation is really addictive. Maybe this is a small request from me depending on the mod developer, my request might be to add a panel to increase abilities such as unlocking skills in the warrior class, you have to do something to increase strength, speed and so on, and the class that has been selected cannot be mixed with the other class, except starting from the beginning, that's all for me, I hope this mod will develop further in the future :)
Only problem with the epic fight mod is the incompatibility with other mods such as ice and fire. Using the new combat system against enemies such as the dragon is cursed

Better weapon compatibility would be great, I mean turning on the auto-combat mode for stuff is great, but if there was also an option in the config to classify items as specific weapon types instead of things defaulting to the sword moveset, that'd be great. Like if a mod adds all kinds of spears and daggers and axes and greatswords, it's be nice to classify them as such.... I wanted to make a modpack that had Epic Knights and Epic Fight, and there was no compatibility for later versions and trying to get it to play nice with ANY mod was a nightmare

Coding a data pack from scratch myself is so much easier than if the configuration had some ui to sort weapons by type with like a drop down list or columns or something... why ask for a Quality of Life button to be added when I can just do it myself with the spare congealed rocket science and bottled unicorn farts I keep in the back of my closet?

I'm no programmer, the mere thought of tampering with game files gives me intense anxiety, the only way I can handle modding minecraft is when a program handles all the heavy lifting FOR me (like the CurseForge launcher and things of the like... So saying it's "no different from before" means nothing to me. I've never done that sort of thing but I know it's something that I'd either never learn well enough, have panic attacks trying to do it, or just fuck it up and break things and THEN have panic attacks (not exaggerating this time, the panic attacks are in the realm of probability). I don't understand why you'd just assume that's just a skillset everyone has so readily anyway. That aside, it's even further missing the point. The appropriate response to someone asking a dev to add a QoL feature isn't "Do it yourself". That's like if you heard someone shopping for pants ask if they came in another size and you butted in with "Just resize them yourself". The store has more readily available means to supply another size, and tailoring skills are not so commonplace -- and if the person who asked HAD those skills they either wouldn't have asked or had other reasons for asking, like simply not wanting to put in the extra effort and materials to resize a pair of pants themselves when a better size is likely available..... The Mod dev has the MEANS and APPTITUDE to make such a change themselves and that would help the longevity and useability of the mod itself for ALL who use it. Cause I know for a fact I'm not the only person who wants such an option. and by the way, there are SEVERAL tutorials all saying different stuff cause it's for different versions at different times, even if I HAD the ability, it'd still be a headache

You were having crashs while optfine was activated? I'm with the same problem and using 1.19.2 and latest forge.

You can do it with datapacks already since they are really easy to make there is no need for guis and all that extra work
