• Resistors: 100K, 1K (2), 330Ω

Toggle Circuit : 1:34
2. Using 555 Timer IC 1:59
Components Required:
• 555 Timer IC (2)
• Condenser Microphone
• Relay (6V)
• Diode (1N4007)
• Transistors: BC547
• Resistors: 100K (2), 47K, 10K (2), 1K, 330 Ω
• Capacitor: 1 μF (2)
• LED
Other Requirements:
• Batteries: 9V (2) and Battery Clips
• Breadboard
• Breadboard Connectors

Hi, I did the first circuit (the one wich uses a the ic4017) exactly like the video does, and when I clap nothing happens. The led turns on when i quit the mic, and when I put it, and I take it off again it turns off. Do you know why does this happen or what can I do? Thanks
Hi mate, I did exactly the same circuit. Mine doesn't work too. When I knock to microfon it works. It doesn't collects soundwaves, it collects vibration 😔

Try changing the mic also ensure you are using the correct mic polarity

instead of the led use both the terminals on the coil inside the relay and put 220 volts wire in the middle pin and top left pin
