The disembodied voice of Crim almost makes it like he’s still here with us.
Did he die?
@@goreobsessed2308 he is alive in our souls
Honestly his voice is coming through surprisingly clearly though the Ouija board
@@boredkiddo4497he lives on through the suffering of green players.
@@goreobsessed2308Yes he played against amulet
"what are the odds of a mirror match"
The deck is as common as slickshot mono red Crimathy, heh.
So glad I rarely see either
Matchmaker sets you up against mirror quite often
Mirror matches are incredibly common. You don't want to know how often I come across the same type of deck that I play. IN BRAWL.
I was bored and then you popped up
Realmbreaker will always have a soft spot in my heart for being an overperformer in draft. Besides being weird ramp in limited i also won a few long games with its mill.
I love it in my Enigma Gem decks, plays so much better when it activates immediately on curve
I have it in the new tricky terrain precon to combo with maskwood nexus and drop all the creatures in my library at once
Good ole' realmbreaker was my wincon of choice in my monoblack control deck. It even managed to beat blue/white control
In the game vs Boros Convoke I was absolutely baffled that you kept taking vigilance over lifelink. A block would soak up less than the 5 damage you'd've gained, and as demonstrated by the multiple consecutive turns where they locked themselves out of attacking by casting spells, the vigilance wasn't necessarily gonna pay off because they weren't guaranteed to attack.
The second anthem made is even more pressing to gain life to offset the impact tremors, and made the prospect of blocking even less appealing because your flier would trade with their garbage
I was right there with you!! I adore Crim but he is a goofball sometimes.
Gonna say, I have a simulacrum synthesizer and in the deck that has it I have four mirror mades, one sculpting steel and one hulking metamorph. People don’t like it and so far it hasn’t lost
In what format may i ask?
My biggest gripe of post rotation is I think the format will still be too fast for 3 mana cards with no immediate impact no matter how good they are, and will only get faster. Fact is that RDW is only losing Kumano and turning Play with Fire into Shock. As long as people are running around with Swiftspear, Monstrous Rage, Slickshot and about 8 different 2 mana haste creatures now including a 2/2 haste prowess free impulse draws on heroic- don't see how a deck of 30+ cards that don't do anything on turn 1/2 can possibly exist.
I do however play a lot of UW control with synthesizer + three steps ahead + cryptic coat as finishers, just jamming 20+ UW control spells. But losing knockout blow hurts the RDW matchup more than them losing Kumano
Don't forget that RDW is getting ludicrously powerful cards in Duskmourn
@@ICantThinkOfAFunnyHandle We might but I don't think I've seen any leaked cards that would see play in RDW. They've already got a whole bunch of 2/2 haste for 2 and 3/3 haste for 3 options, and RDW is capable of winning the game on turn 3 with swiftspears/rage/slickshot and particualrly if they run burn together. Its a bad sign that 3/3 haste for 3 with multiple upsides is too slow / low impact for RDW. Though without kumano they can't easily curve into a 4/3 flying haste for 3 anymore
@@goomshill 3/3 haste with boros reckoner ability that prevents your opponent from gaining life if said ability hits them is going to find a home in RDW. Especially since godrick is much weaker without Kumano
@@ICantThinkOfAFunnyHandle Thing is that goddric builds aren't nearly as fast as spellslinging with slickshot+swiftspear and they get an even better prowess 2 drop, though at least their instant/sorceries aren't getting any better in BLB, just a sidegrade to replace ancestral anger but they still win on turn 3 with pretty much any permutation of cards
@@goomshill does "any permutation of cards" including hands where you don't have slickshot or swiftspear?
Is it just me or is the audio a little scuffed on this one? Seems a bit spikey like it wasn't mastered at all, or recorded on a built in mic.
He’s not in his regular office for a while, had to prerecord a batch since he’s traveling atm
Oh I made more or less this a while back - not at all optimized, I don't enjoy it enough to use the wildcards. It's slow but mostly unstoppable if Synthesizer gets going. Is a bit more fun going Jeskai for the red ones (and I like Lightning Helix) than just UW control but with big artifact tokens.
I mean, I wouldn’t be opposed to powerful artifact deck as long as stuff like haywire mite and stuff are still in standard to keep it from dominating
nothing fair every came from Artifacts!
Every
@@the_r4ts boo
Not going to lie so far it looks like I’m playing the rack for next standard so it will be interesting to see how I fair against artifacts
Jace/cryptic coat/simulacrum/Braided net. You’re not going to be competitive in standard if your set pieces are 4-6 mana value unless they’re 1-turn knockouts and you’re planning to get to the mid-game. Going wide isn’t the answer and it certainly isn’t the answer for artifacts. Tapping opponents resources, being unblockable, counters, and having mana/life/time upside is the the answer
Hell yea, they do cookies wreck me. Also, synthesizers will be huge. It eats me alive
Question is will aggro decks like rabbits and mouse overrun slow decks like these
sweet synths
Why is crim so paranoid this video lol.
it's simple, i see crim video, i click, i watch, i laugh, i like
Is this modern deck?Eiganzo,Celestus will be out.
You can’t play modern on Arena unfortunately so no
It just hasn't rotated quite yet
Lesgo!!!! Crim!!! Yay!
Hello 👋
Does this deck really have 61 cards? Cuz thats what it says in the article
using kamigawa lands when kamigawa is rotating out to?
Isn't Unlicensed Hearse leaving standard with new capenna? 😅
The driver finally got pulled over.
Celestus and channel lands?
"why is there an artifact deck everywhere" - because Simulacrum is too strong in standard and everyone is playing it.
I really thought you meant solemn simulacrum.
@@josephwodarczyk977he’s great too 😂
They’re going to need to ban Simulacrum Synthesizer.
They’re not gonna do shit until after rotation so we are pretty stuck with it for now
I'm calling caustic bronco "horse bob" from now on.
Anyone else read the thumbnail as 'gnomies'?
Crim should use more Brainrot slang to attract new viewers
Would be more interesting if the deck was rotation proof.
hey.
crimifacts
Where is the facecam?
He’s traveling
This guy looks like a nice guy but it feels like he is trying way too hard to be cool .
bo1 cringe
No one watches BO3. They all say they’ll watch it but anytime I see a content creator try it, the views just aren’t there.
