Great job guys! Nothing wrong with a pressure cooker pulled pork. It's some good groceries, for sure!

I always feel like I'm cheating with the pressure cooker vs my smoker, but g'dayum you cannot argue with that time savings! Well done, gents, now I need me some pully porky.

Even better than pressure cooker - I highly recommend smoking as much pulled pork as you can. Take the leftovers and vacuum seal them in portion sized bags and freeze them.
Use your sous vide to reheat the pork straight from frozen. It’s better than right from the smoker. Give it a try!

Job well done Nate. That looked like a great meal. Now I have to look for a 20 or old pressure cooker, lol. GRIDDLE ON DUDES.

Ok, when Nate said, "My hairdresser from Laos" I had to pause the video and make sure I had not just been hit by a tranq dart and was experiencing some psychedelic episode. Beside that, YES 'shroom soy is amazing and very easy to make at home. Get that bag of dehydrated shitake mushrooms, grab a handful, steep them in boiling water for 20 min, drain, then grab a container to hold a whole bottle of soy sauce, dump all of that in, wait 3 days. Magic.

Mushroom soy sauce is absolutely bomb!!! I use it quite a bit. We do vinegar based sauce in NC. If you can find Georges Famous sauce, I'd recommend it if you want to try Carolina style bbq. Great cook as always!

It hurts my soul to see pulled pork not be smoked, but this looks good as usual, guys.

Same here, in my opinion, the only way to make pulled pork is in a smoker

The Smoky flavor is in the BBQ Sauce, The added Soy probably helps bring it more forward.

Now you’re talking my lazy man’s language. The Instapot makes shredded pork and beef a breeze. The beauty of the IP is you hit cook and come back whenever. No need to stand over it. Take your shredded meat to the next level and crisp up on the griddle in hickory smoked bacon fat. It beats babysitting a smoker😉 and you can keep your attention where it belongs on fall weekends, watching football!

I’ve done something similar in the instant pot, your’s looks delicious!! I’m more concerned about Nate having a Laotian hair dresser, figured him to be a Floyd the barber kind of guy!!

Hey guys! Great short-cut for doing pulled pork...thanks for that! Question: did you change your camera equipment? The video seemed a little more grainy than in previous videos. But the content was great, as always!

Crap, sorry to spam the comments but I just checked my notes; toss in 3-4 healthy dashes of Wash-Yer-Sister sauce into the pressure cooker for a 3-4 lbs boston butt (pork shoulder) and you will thank me. My notes say, "This makes no sense but holy shit DO NOT OMIT" I might have been drinking when I made that note, but drinking me is typically a smarter me, to a degree. Up for debate :)

    You guys are great
    But
    # 1
Please keep your booze at least to the side while cutting the meat
    # 2
at least brown the meat before pressure cooking it ? FLAVOR is the most important thing to do
    # 3
Absolutely no one just grabs salt with their fingers at home its a video marketing thing as if its okay
    #4
It appears that only one of you guys have a idea of what's going on with?
    #5
If you use a INSTAPOT you may have a chance to increase the number of views for your channel
    #6
Please be more accurate on the cost off the meal.?????? If you just buy pork then it's PLUS EVERYTHING ELSE $5
