A humble suggestion to avoid the title subject like very bad deformity. Instead we can mention as complex deformity. I also noticed in another video it was mentioned very beautiful girl did nose job. Why very beautiful? Girl has done nose job is fine. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. We are in 2022 and lets not go back to our 90s beauty standards again. We have come a long way now.

this is a case of polyostotic fibrous dysplasia, in most cases it is self limiting but in some cases requires surgery
