Shu’bah from ‘Aasim The majority of Scholars recognize the seven types of recitation as "mutawatir" One group of narrators have equated the tradition that the Qur'an was revealed in seven harf (literally, "word" in Arabic) with the seven different recitations.
To all who have watched this Quran recitation: I posted this video because I really liked it. And Whenever I feel sad or low, I listen to Quran. It gives me peace. By posting this video, I was able to learn many different thing about Quran which I did not know. Zajakallah to all the Brothers and Sisters who have shared their interest. Brother I searched about “Yumna” and “Tumna” and I found in book “Tafseer Altibri” Page no.85. It is written there that Recitation of Madinah and Kufa is “TUMNA” and Recitation of Makkah and BASRAH was “YUMNA” and the writer of the book said both are correct. Allah knows best.
We ask Allah the most Mercifull to forgive our sins and to make our imaan much more stronger than it is now. We ask Allah the most Passionate to guide us to the straight path, the path that will lead (if Allah wants it) to the eternal life in Paradise. We ask Allah the all Powerfull to give us understanding, to learn His Deen, to learn the language of the Quran and to motivate us to memorize the entire Quran. Verily, He is the most Beneficent, the All knowing.

Here is a english translation of its verses. I swear by the Day of Resurrection (1) And I swear by the reproaching soul [to the certainty of resurrection]. (2) Does man think that We will not assemble his bones? (3) Yes. [We are] Able [even] to proportion his fingertips. (4) But man desires to continue in sin. (5) He asks, "When is the Day of Resurrection?" (6) So when vision is dazzled (7) And the moon darkens (8) And the sun and the moon are joined, (9) Man will say on that Day, "Where is the [place of] escape?" (10) No! There is no refuge. (11) To your Lord, that Day, is the [place of] permanence. (12) Man will be informed that Day of what he sent ahead and kept back. (13) Rather, man, against himself, will be a witness, (14) Even if he presents his excuses. (15) Move not your tongue with it, [O Muhammad], to hasten with recitation of the Qur'an. (16) Indeed, upon Us is its collection [in your heart] and [to make possible] its recitation. (17) So when We have recited it [through Gabriel], then follow its recitation. (18) Then upon Us is its clarification [to you]. (19) No! But you love the immediate (20) And leave the Hereafter. (21) [Some] faces, that Day, will be radiant, (22) Looking at their Lord. All Quran recitations are beautiful, I have never heard someone do tarteel or tajweed and I did not like it. These are the words of Allah and they are beautiful no matter how they are read. Wa Salam
If you want to learn Warsh you should perfect the qiraat you recite right now. Your tajweed, tone, and speed has to be good if you wanna learn more qiraats. I'm guessing you read in the Hafs qiraat?

Just beautiful! All these arguments about closing eyes, too much movements, wrong pronunciation, etc. Please stop criticizing and start enjoying this beutiful recitation of the Holy Quran.
Allah says that who ever believe in one GOD (Allah) and believe in Prophet Muhammad Peace be upon him and all the prophets and all the books from ALLAH are superior than those who are not Muslim.

but according to one of my teachers of islam at my place said that you can close your eyes during solah but if you find that by closing your eyes your mind is distracted to other things that would cause your solah to be invalid then you are advised to focus your eyes on the mat before you and nowhere else.. as you read the verses you can try to learn its meaning.. that is one way to make your mind fully attentive to Allah..
at first I thought there was some wrong reading, I was wrong. I used to read al quran Hafs style, but Muhammed al Hoceimi read it in Warsy an Nafi's style. i memorize this sorah starting from i heard Hoceimi read it, i fell so touch.

he use the Warash Qiraat...thats why his makraj was a little bit different than Haf'z al a'sim qiraat which is usually used by the entire of the world...because of warash qiraat, Mim in alfatihah was read short from the other qiraat...k..Wallahualam, from mlysia
PartB-We also know there were no signs like the (fatha, damma, kasra) in the original Quran, so a word 'abd' can be read 'ind'. Please note the middle letter is read as 'ba' in one and 'Noon' in the other. Both ways the meaning of the verse is interpreted as valid. This example is in surah 43, verse 19. ibaad rahman is read as Indar rahman. Another eg. in srurah 2 verse 9 . Yukhadioona and Yakdaoona is used in Hafs but in other styles they read Yukhadioona in both places in the same verse 9.
