Ok so i think that these are clothes from their closet and some arent. Like the shoes Gabi was wearing originally are from this show. So either she owns them or they let them wear clothes from the show. Since Niki and Gabi are the only ones on this show i think they just get their sizes and put them out. Um and about the prom thing they probably dont plan on the theme. Maybe the prom dresses were out because they didnt do the prom theme yet. Now that they done it theres no reason to have prom dresses out
