Pyro used: "Full power, young ones" on Best Jeanist. "Friendly Reinforcements" on Jiro. "Strong Battle Formation" (F2P) on Allmight. Characters don't have to be maxed, but it helps. Hope this helps :)

If anybody is struggling with this still, and they own Celeb Baku, make sure you have him as the returning unit, I used quite a few Fest units to finally finish this, NE was rough.
i certainly have my work cut out for me for character building. Still working on Celeb Bakugo but I also got Monoma from the red ticket banner and I have Compress just chilling at level 1 as well, need to build them all.
So the essence of the strat is to have nighteye disabled as he enters phase 2, and to keep him disabled for the entirety of that phase and as he enters phase 3. Theoretically, beach jiro would be able to do that by herself, confusing nighteye with her action skill, and then confuse him again with her pu on the following turn, so long as you clear the 2nd phase with 1 turn of PUs. However, that’s less reliable then mainly relying on best jeanist, since I have his bind rate unique skill that gives him a 105% chance to bind on his PU. Instead of jeanist you could use someone else who has a 2 turn bind on pu and play around that to make it more reliable, although jeanist works well since he gets overwhelm and buffs team damage
