Straight up... THE most important part! Ali has helped me MORE than I can ever say... Sign up for her coaching because NO ONE else says it so real! You HAVE to learn the right strategy FIRST that works for your wallet but more importantly your PERSONALITY.... That just may be the most important sentence in all of investing in my opinion!

Plenty of REI pros will pay you to make calls etc. You can make side hustle money while learning REI.

Love the call to action! One of my favorite resources for investing is the TH-cam channel Adam J Mead - The Oracle's Classroom.

I read 2 books about REI and now I’m taking a course made by the most credible RE Investor that I know from TH-cam(Meet Kevin). After the course, I’m going to practice looking for good deals. Then, I also might know someone with property management experience who might want to help me get my first deal. I’m in no rush though. But every day, the goal of becoming a successful RE investor is in my mind. Don’t give up and always be consistent.

I love that! Which two books did you read? And what is the course about from Meet Kevin?

oh man, can I have that I'm cooler than Ken McElroy as a written and signed statement? Haha. I really like him and I think he has great content! Have you seen my real estate book that's out? Maybe it's cooler than Ken's :)
